I have never written a POOR review for any restaurant in my life. But unfortunately I have to for this restaurant. I ordered 3 tacos which were good but also ordered a Menudo soup which I explained to the waitress that it was salty even though I added lemon to it. I want to pay my bill and she refused to remove the Menudo soup from the I’ll that I did not eat. ALSO THEY TOOK 30 minutes to bring food and it was not a busy day. She stated they had many to go orders and in my opinion you should take care of your clients at the restaurant first.

The customer service here is horrible. The waitresses only seem to care about the customers who are already drunk, while everyone else gets ignored or treated poorly. On top of that, there should at least be one English-speaking staff member available. If you don’t understand them or they don’t understand you, the treatment becomes rude and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unwelcoming, and I would not recommend this place.

So disappointed with the services.
The counter lady was not enough professional and emphatic with customers. I requested a lemonade but in a container size medium and she provide.me a plastic glass. We have different cultures but the same language but some dialect totally different or not enough grammatic education. She called the plastic cup “container”. I ordered a lemonade in a container size medium. So, when my kid tried to put the straw into the cover cup…..it was not strong plastic cup that fell down and all the lemonade leak….she was not totally emphatic offering another lemonade or at least not charging. I mentioned to her that I requested in a container…she said that it was a container. It was not …she was not friendly either. I won’t back again in a restaurant when the staff are not ethic enough, not giving good attention to the customer.

Food is very good, service passable.
The bad rating is explained below.
2nd time here; first was for takeout so did not use the rest room. This time I went into the restroom and not only was there no toilet paper, THERE WAS NO SOAP! The soap dispenser was broken and looked like it had been for some time.
This was the only restroom, so….the employees are not washing their hands after they use it?!
Complete turnoff and will never go back.

{BAD COSTUMER SERVICE} — if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. i came here with my friend today and asked birria tacos, instead i got tacos with goat meat. something i don’t eat as well and something i never once asked for. i called them and asked them nicely if they could please give me a new order, and they started arguing with me and getting defensive. i then drove to the restaurant and talked to them myself, and after trying to get my food i never got anything and 41 dollars went to waste. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Scrumptious!! Let me tell you, I’ve been in a lot of “birria tacos” places but not like this. I was scared at first thinking it be another deception. Torres proved me wrong! Wow! Encantada. I even took 2 more orders to go lol
