Food is good, the people are absolutely wonderful!! They have forgotten something only once or twice in 2 years. It is quiet and usually not real busy.

With orders never being correct upon pay, extended wait times, and continual pushing of “specialty” menu items and a lackadaisical workforce and management staff, I would recommend steering clear of the Inez KFC/Taco Bell. If not, make sure you ALWAYS check your order before pulling away from the pickup window. A clean sweep needs to happen so that competent employees can replace the child labor force they currently employ.

We’ll first il say it’s my fault,I did not pay attention,but since I gave $20 dollars for a #1 and a beefy burrito,and the girl on the drive through said it was $14. I asked for a receipt and it said $20.01,I couldn’t make out the other writing.i got home and turns out it was a bean paste burrito,and the taco seemed like the sour cream was(sowerd).I finally got my daughter to read the receipt and I payed for two steak,and chicken bowls.and drinks.so y’all made $5.00 off of me.that was a slick trick,and I will remember that.Next time since I know it’s the employee of the night running the register who will skim the till and keep the money,after a few tricks like that a night she gonna clean up good.

First the person who tooky order was not at all polite, then they messed up on my order 3 different times I had to go back in because they got the order wrong. If I hadn’t known this happens a lot and checked when to got to the car I would have not gotten half my items because I live over 20 miles away and then I get home and I had ordered 3 dinner’s and didn’t get one napkin or piece of silverware to eat with. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone

Never get the orders right chalupas are usually hard as crackers and I ordered 2 pot pies and livers waited 30 minutes checked and not ready so gave them 20 more still said 15 more minutes than are getting worse and worse!

This place has gone down hill. To many kids work here and my food is either shoved into a bag and ruined by the time I get home because they have no clue that a Mexican pizza doesn’t go in the bottom of the bag ! Let’s say the pizza was stuck to the top after they put heavy food on top of it ! Order wrong or cold or they are out of something .

I order from my every other day meal and tonight I didn’t get what I ask for and my biscuits was so HARD I couldn’t eat it .I don’t like to complain because I work in fast food but this was alittle over board . I want my meal replaced .
