We have been here 3 times in the last six months. Each time is worse than the time before..Service is always bad This last time we had to get our server after 20inutes of waiting for her to come back. We had no napkins for a party of 6. When asked for them, they gave us 3. Asked again, only given three more.

So does the first time I’ve been at this restaurant I had a strawberry daiquiri which was good but I ordered some queso to go with my chips and that was cold The fajitas that I ordered was actually pretty good and it was actually hot when it came to the table The service could have been better we had two different people from the time we got there to the time we left I also told them that I wanted some beef nachos to go I ordered a large it was over $10 needless to say I’m expecting lettuce sour cream everything especially for that price nope just nachos cheese and meat something I could have done at the house something else that got under my skin was when I asked if they had any drinks specials the first guy sat there and pointed to the wall and told me that I can scan the QR codes on my phone and look at the specials when I go out to eat I want to do his less work as possible not more work why should I have to scan something when you’re standing there in front of me and you can tell me makes no sense at all needless to say I won’t be back

They have an amazing hands on burrito. Delicious chunks of meat, beans, avocado. The Chipotle sauce is out of this world just mildly hot. Gotta go back. Ordered my rice to the side but still ate it!! Kids liked their food. I dunked my burrito into the sauce which I got on the side. Not sure if it goes on top or inside typically. But I ate it all up in one day. Large portions so took other half home. ROCKMART LOCATION ONLY. Dallas location has different menu.

Went there tonight (12/12/25). The host led us to the table, dumped the menus down and walked away. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting on a server. Another party came in and was seated in the both next to us and within five minutes, a server went over to their table to take their drink orders. Realizing they didn’t want our business, we left. Too bad for the server because we are big tippers, even more so during the Christmas season. Great for the server at Los Arcos though. He was very blessed this Christmas and they were happy to have our business.

Ordered Teriyaki Chicken & Fish Filet. Very very tasty. The hot salsa was very good. Very clean, little cold inside, but nice place to dine.
Fast forward a couple years, this restaurant has certainly went downhill, the food was tasteless, the soda was flat had to get a sweet tea in exchange which was not sweet. Borderline unsweetened. Very disappointed. Our food arrived cold. Definitely won’t be back.

Food and drinks always good. Service could be better for sure. Rooms are kind of dark. Ok by me, but not alll will like that. Stop by the bathrooms and checkout the payphone… You beter be tall if you wanna call!

I am always on the hunt for traditional Mexican food so I decided to give this place a shot and let’s just say I was highly disappointed. I ordered shrimp tacos (which came with refried beans and pico de gallo), a side of rice, and a horchata. The shrimp tacos lacked a lot flavor, didn’t taste like anything at all. The refried beans were just okay. I didn’t try the pico de gallo simply because it didn’t look worth a try. However, I did enjoy the rice. The horchata had a bit too much cinnamon for my liking, but it was pretty good. The prices for the food and what you’re getting is pretty decent but the food isn’t to die for. In conclusion, I probably won’t be back but glad I gave it a shot!
