The server was nice and checked on us often. We did run out of drink at one point, other than that fantastic service. We got our appetizer quickly, and it was a much bigger portion that I had expected. The food was delicious. Hubs ordered the buffalo tenders and curly fries. I ordered the mac and cheese with pulled pork burger. OH MY YUM! It’s probably the best burger I ever had! It’s so good and so messy (that usually means it tastes better ). I would definitely recommend trying it and would for sure eat it again!

This place is AWESOME the atmosphere gave me a “hint of the show Cheers” because of the… regulars…at the bar area. Chatting, laughing and having fun. The ladies who take care of us were the most personable people ever very easy to talk to and made sure we were happy. The food was absolutely scrumptious. I think this is going to become a regular stop for us. It feels just like “home”.

Service was great! I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a Lucky crewneck, tan and had curly hair! We went to craft bar and grill first and the service was terrible so we thought why not try beef O Brady’s and man yall turned our night around! So quick to come to our table, restaurant was almost at full capacity and you could just tell these servers hustle for their money and that is what you want when looking for a server! If I still served this is definitely the type of restaurant I would want to work for! Staff seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs! And the food was pretty good for a sports bar

Went there last night, party of 6 adults, a toddler and a sleeping baby. Toddler was so hungry and kept saying French fries his favorite which we promised to get him in the car. So ordered that as soon as we walked through the door as we were being seated. Staff was amazing, brought out piping hot fries within minutes of arrival to satiate the toddler and the rest of us adults decided our own orders. Waitress was so sweet and friendly. Asked many times how we were and if we needed anything but it was never intrusive or overboard like some restaurants I have been to. Gentleman that brought out the fries was also super friendly and fun teasing “who is starving” and we appointed to the 2year old he said he figured, got to feed a growing boy. We were all treated with dignity and respect to include my FIL with mobility issues and dementia. Food tasted wonderful. We definitely will be back.

Overall the burgers are always perfect. The people were very kind despite the veterans day giveaways, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. People were kind and courteous and no less so after I ordered a free burger… good people and I got a coke after to try and support the restaurant too.

We attended this Beef’s yesterday at around 3:30pm. Ana (ON-a; with a left eyebrow piercing) was our server. First, she was very unfriendly from the start with her attitude and demeanor. I had to ask for EVERYTHING (silverware, appetizer plates, having plates cleared from the table, drink refills, a to-go box and drinks, the check, etc). After we had to have her hunted down because she got my order wrong, she looks at me, shrugging her shoulders, shaking her head, and states with an attitude, “All I heard was buffalo” insinuating I am to blame for ordering my own meal incorrectly?!? While checking out, she made ALL four of us feel incredibly awkward and uncomfortable as she stood directly over my boyfriend’s shoulder to make sure she was going to get her 20% tip on our $102 dinner bill!!! This shows she knew how horribly she served us. I live in the Panama City/PC Beach, FL area and have definitely experienced more than my fair share of horrible restaurant service. However, I have NEVER experienced a server literally WATCHING as we tipped them!! This is appalling and unforgivable behavior. I spoke to Steve (the manager on duty) about this before leaving. While he was MUCH better at customer service, noticing Ana “being off today,” the restaurant being short staffed and tired from an earlier rush (they were dead the whole time we were there?), and claiming no one has ever complained about Ana before does not justify or excuse her poor attitude, her unwillingness to take responsibility for her mistakes, and her not even taking care of her baseline duties as a server. Ana should be written up for making us feel pressured in to tipping her appropriately and definitely requires retraining. Ya’ll need to be asking yourselves how many customers has she permanently run off with this behavior? How many people never bothered to complain and has never come back? Can you afford this when Enterprise is so small and BWW is in town? The Beef’s in PC/PCB are always PACKED year around (especially on Sunday nights during football season) and we have a BWW, Hooter’s, and about a million other places to get wings. I, for one, will never come back to this location again. It is worth mentioning, I have NEVER written a Google review (good or bad) before now. I am still that bothered 24hrs later by this experience.

Last time I went in I sat myself and remained seated for 15 minutes without being spoken to by a single employee. I tried to make it obvious I was ready to be served but witnessed a couple walk in and get served. Very disappointing interaction especially seeing as I have previously not enjoyed wings I ordered, but a co worker told me about the 1$ wings so I would give it a try. I would understand if they were busy but they weren’t even that busy.
