I’m not one to leave a review, but felt the need to this time. I went through the drive thru 30 minutes before close, and ordered food because it was one of the only food places open after work. The guy working quite literally told me they didn’t feel like cooking the side items to go with it, so I asked if I could substitute with the rangoons. They refused my request and made me pay 10$ for the 4 bites of food pictured below. No discount for not receiving the whole meal I ordered. The only reason I am giving this a 1 star instead of a 0 star is because those 4 bites of food were really good.

We arrived at 10am (opening) . There was only a few food choices out because they were too busy trying to cater someone else with 7 big catering boxes. Waited for 30 minutes on food that we never got the chance to order. Not to mention while sitting and waiting there was a ton of flies alive and dead on and around all the windows. Sad to see a brand new building and location be this disappointing already.

Food was good. However, I was missing my crab ragoons. I brought in my receipt and kindly let them know. Though, It was highly unprofessional to be rudely interrogated and constantly questioned if I was “sure” I had them, when I did not. The staff made it seem like I was lying and not being truthful, when that is not who I am, or how I am. The bag was knotted from being tied tight, so we had to rip open the bag, so yes there was no packets of crab ragoons. The staff was also welcome to come out to my car to see the items if they so wanted to—considering I couldn’t bring the tore up bag inside.

We have eaten here a few times, usually good food and service… even later at night. This evening was a different story. I immediatly new something was not correct due to smell when the bag was in my car. It did not smell like food I wanted to put anywhere near my mouth. We got home, and opened the boxes and could tell why… burnt big long pieces off the bottom of the pan throughout our rice. I would have let it go, things happen, but after trying to stomach through it, the food was not really edible due to the over powering smell and taste of burnt rice. My concern is there is no way anyone and everyone that served and handled the food could not have missed it, but still chose to serve it.

Got there a little after 9pm. Sat in the drive thru in line for probably 30 minutes. Once at the speaker the lady stated we have a limited menu as we are closing at 10pm…. It was 9:40ish at this point. The limited menu was literally just white rice, egg rolls, and Beijing Beef. Reading other reviews this seems like a common theme, that this location tries to shut down early as possible and stops cooking when they “feel” like it. Now I might understand if I got there 5 or 10 minutes before close, but literally limiting the menu an hour before closing and then have a person in line waiting in your drive thru only to tell them sorry, not our problem we don’t feel like cooking anything else is ridiculous! Probably the worst service I’ve seen in a long time. Literally just drove off.
