I had placed a order on Uber today and long story short there was a misunderstanding and the Manager Valeria, still replaced my order and handle the situation pretty well.. even though I admitted to her I was wrong and felt guilty, she still did her thing as manager and I appreciate her for what she did. Great customer service.

I’m tired of this location getting my order incorrect. The last time I went back. Tonight I just cannot. I tried calling just now and no one picked up the phone. I ordered no mayo on both sandwiches and tomatoes and lettuce on both. With 1 patty for the bacon sandwich. They gave me mayo on the bacon sandwich with 2 patties and no lettuce and tomatoes. Never again!

They have a very poor disposition when it comes to customer service. They were rude and didn’t care about what I wanted. I am a rewards member and have been for over 2 years. No other Wendy’s I’ve visited ever had a problem with me using my rewards points to get food except this one. They tried to charge me for the food even though my points covered it. When I tried to explain to them I was using my points, they rolled their eyes and even the manager walked away from me when I asked to speak to her. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will be seeking damages for the way I was treated. No one should have to deal with this level of unprofessional behavior when you are supposedly a “valued customer “. I have been a customer representative for over 20 years and this behavior is uncalled for. If I could give negative stars for this restaurant, I would.

My visit to this Wendys last night will be my last. Since the Watchung store closed in June, I have been going to this one, and it’s almost always an awful experience. There never seems to be an employee at the register. You must wait as the person who is supposed to be on the register is making fries, packing to-go orders or doing some other task other than helping a customer at the register. I have put up with the extended waits to get assistance but last night was it. There was a supervisor at the Coke machine filling buckets with ice. There was an employee preparing to-go orders right in front of me ignoring me. After 4 minutes the supervisor filling ice buckets came back and walked by the register. I asked if anyone is working the register and she replied, “He has a lot of orders to prepare.” I asked if I should just go somewhere else and she walked aware and ignored me. That infuriated me. I yelled a curse at her and stormed out of the store and will NEVER be back. I have been a Wendy’s customer for years and never had experiences like this in Watchung. The manager of this restaurant must be totally incompetent. She has no idea how to manage a customer facing business. I wouldn’t be so mad if this was a one-time experience, but this is normal for this location. There’s plenty of other fast food restaurants in this area that are willing to take my money.

They supposed to be open, but they doors are closed it’s 9:55am , the actitud and faces the cashier did terrible when I ask why the doors are closed and she said it’s ok , so I have to do drive thru bad service and this is not the first time, normally they missed the meat on the sandwich

They never havd enough food ready… they constantly make you wait in the parking lot to get your order even though you already are waiting in the drive thru for a long time… its really inconvenient because it’s a busy street.
