This place use to be really good but has went downhill in the last few years, I finally went back today and got a simple ham footlong and it was TERRIBLE !!! I have no idea how you can screw up a ham sub but they proved you can !! 1 star was given because there wasn’t an option with NO STARS !!

I usually have an awesome experience at this store, not on 5/1, apparently they have new people there. Did online order, ordered the nachos, when my daughter went to pick up order, they said they were out of the nachos and bowls to put it in, said I needed to go to Subway.com to get refund, could not get refund from Subway.com. Called right when they opened this morning and spoke to manager which was very rude!!! Explained situation to her, wanted me to come to store, told her I didn’t live in Starkville, asked if I still wanted the nachos, told her I wanted refund, said she just couldn’t get refund without receipt, told her I had receipt, said she needed the order number, told her I had that, then tells me to call back in 5 minutes that she had a customer, they just opened at 9!! It was like 10 minutes after 9 when I was talking to her and you have a customer?? Did you not have employees to help your customer so you could take care of management duties??? SMH!!. Why does it have to be so hard and have to deal with rude managers to get a refund on something you didn’t get??? Not to mention the sandwich was terrible!! Bread was stale, paid more extra meat, did not get that. I will eat that 7 bucks for them nachos before I deal with that manager there again!! I would give zero stars for this visit if I could.

This place knows me I come here all the time! I work right beside them! At a Mexican restaurant and including the people who work at subway tend to come to that Mexican restaurant and I have always treated them right when a smile on my face. Today I had the worst experience! The lady who usually is there tried to use as an excuse that girl who was attending to us was being rude because she was new! What kind of excuse is that!!! I work in customer service I know what it is like to work on a bad day! But that is not my problem nor anyone’s! Nor do you use an excuse that someone is being rude just because they are new! Hope the learn how to treat others! Because this just makes me want to spread the word and make sure people don’t come to subway!

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Girl at register (blonde wig) had an attitude w/ everyone who walked through the door as if she expected to not serve food at her job as a food server. Would not allow me to get a bottled drink and refused to change the sprite after I settled for a cup. Did not smile at any customers, attitude only perked up when her male coworkers came in. Saw her mumbling to herself as the girl behind me asked her to not warm up the meat on her sandwich. Should be fired

Do not go to this subway. You will be disappointed about the entire experience. The entire city of Starkville received coupons in their mailboxes. And all they could say is “We discourage them.” Please take me on my word, and do not go to this franchise. The employees are completely inept and do not honor the customer’s needs. Just Don’t Go to this Subway for anything.

Just went to subway and the lady there was so rude and hateful!!! Asked for a nacho and she tried to argue about it and I asked for Italian bread she said they didn’t have it so i told her give me what you got she she ended giving me what I originally asked for!! This place has gotten to be so bad!! Not ever spending my money there again!!

Staff refused service because they didn’t want to cut the mozzarella. Then the claimed that subway doesn’t label or date their products in an attempt to dissuade me from requesting that they actually do their job.

I ate at this subway Thursday night April 19. I had the turkey bacon guacamole wrap. By 1am I was having severe stomach cramps and nausea. It got so bad I went to the doctor. I had severe food poisoning. As of today Monday I am still sick. Not sure if the food had been out all day but I wouldn’t recommend this subway.
