Don’t expect to get your correct order. They care more about the drive thru time they get monitored for going fast rather than being accurate. Even if you do them the favor of leaving the drive thru line so they look good for finishing orders faster, they still give you the wrong food! Never leave this McDonald’s without opening every single item you get in a drive thru order before you pull away!

Stood in line for 15 minutes after ordering just to get told it’ll be another eight minutes before my food is even cooked no communication skills employees hugging each other and whispering sweet. Nothings into each other’s ears instead of doing their jobs and a rude manager at that.

Accepted my order on the app. I arrived and they are closed because it might snow. It’s not snowing now, it might snow later. Even says online they are open. Why accept orders then? They could notify McDonald’s corporate to take them off the app. Now they get to hold onto my money for how long? Atrocious service.

Alright, enough going to this location even though it’s local and on the way to and from work.. I’ve been robbed of items so many times and had issues where ordering on the app never went through or “system down” and they couldn’t make my order (they literally could see my order btw but couldn’t process it). Main issue is not getting the items I ordered and wasting money, too much of it. McDonald’s in general got too expensive anyways.

10/13/23 wow this place changed a lot! Double barrel drive thru. Less tables more kiosks. Same big Mac. Same great service. Just be prepared to pay a little more.

First mistake on a mobile order today. Seemed like staff was being trained. Drive thru customer interaction was uncomfortable. This is the first negative experience at this location in years. Removing a star until I return.

This small McDonalds is always fast and accurate. It has self service kiosks and a very small dining area and a single drive-in lane. I use the ap to order and have never had anything missing or wrong. When going to McDonalds outside my normal area I am often disappointed in the accuracy of orders because this locations system is pretty much spot on all the time. While I basically know what to expect with McDonalds food- this location never leaves me stuck on a non moving drive thru line or waiting trying to get the attention of a counterperson. Curbside pickup is available. Be sure to park in spots 3,4 or 5 as you first pull in. Spots 1 and 2 are towards the front of the store and are used for drive-thru overflow. If you are in the area this place should not disappoint. Check them out.

Horrible worker at drive thru this evening. Had to watch a worker give my food to the car next to me and rummage thru it til they realized it wasn’t theirs…then brings it to me. No receipt given at time of payment. Asked rude girl for it and she threw receipts from trash at me. Filing formal complaint tomorrow.

We are regular here and pretty much know all of staffs. All of them are so sweet, kind and always very helpful when it comes to missing items. Always smiles, in a professional but personal manner. This morning we ran into an issue with our order and right away the manager and the staff fixed it right away with a smile, as always. Thank you so much for always being so kind and warmly every time we go there. If I could give a million stars for everything I would! Thank you so much again we appreciate you guys as always

Don’t know how they have the Mc Donald’s name. Food was cold. Restaurant smelled bad. No bathrooms for the public to use. No hand sanitation station since bathrooms are not available not even for employees.. don’t seem very sanitary..
