I told the employee my order and I was waiting in my turn. The same person took the order of the gentleman standing behind me and prepared his order. I was left to stand for about 15-20 minutes and my order was not made. The employees did not make any statements or apologies. I left there without a conversation because there is no customer satisfaction, I don’t know if the employees are indifferent or racist….

Every staff representative is outstanding! So friendly, clean facility and so welcoming. Glad to have Jersey Mikes here in our hometown where I grew up and live today! Bought a custom made Turkey BLT for my Dad and he loved it… my husband enjoyed their Special Mike’s Philly Cheesesteak. Parking is what you make the best of… no complaints for this town.

Had the pleasure of enjoying family day at the Rocky Point location. All the employees and Managers were kind and polite along with swift service. Even though everyone was still learning all the food came out super hot and tasty.

The heroes are made fresh right in front of you in a pristine kitchen. The staff is very friendly and conscientious of what they are doing. The portion size is good and the price is very reasonable. Always delicious.

I like the subs at Jersey Mike’s and until today I have not been disappointed. I ordered a #66 regular on Rosemary Parm and a #5 mini also on Rosemary Parm. I got my #66 and waited for another 10 minutes for the #5, I had to remind someone that I was still waiting for mini #5. The staff member told me that it had not been written down at her station. When I got home the #66 did not have any portabella mushrooms and the #5 mini was on regular bread.
They really need to figure out how to process orders and work out the kinks in their ordering system. All of the staff seem to be capable at working at all the stations but it might be better if staff focused on one job at a time and didn’t for example, in 10 minutes go from the grill, to the cold cut station, to the cash register, to filling the phone and internet orders, to taking walk in orders. It is a very chaotic and inefficient system.
I know that they are a new location and it takes a while to run like a smooth machine. Even though my order was wrong the food is still very good and I’ll definitely be back.

The gluten free sub is amazing! I couldn’t believe it was gluten free. They have a separate knife and squeeze-mayo so there is no cross contamination. I ordered the tuna sub because I’m unsure of cross contamination with the meats and cheeses.
