Decent food, but it’s on the pricey side for fast food and the service is often subpar. I got a chicken basket a bit ago and 3 of the strips were nugget sized. I was disappointed especially because a chicken basket isn’t cheap. I had another interaction where I stopped by at 10:05pm (Google said they were open until 10:30) I just sat there at the drive through with all their lights on for a while until they, instead of talking to me and telling me they were closed, they just turned off the lights. I swing around and could see the employees, unsure if they were closed or not (again it’s like 10:10pm at this point) they just ignored me.

Came 30 minutes before closing and they were all closed and leaving early. Guess customer service isn’t one of their great qualitys. Lazy management for sure. Heard them all yelling at each other last time I was in there. Over it! I’ll take the drive to Evansville dq before coming back in here

Everything we tried to order they were out of, the customer service wasn’t very friendly. I usually love to go to Dairy Queen but wouldn’t recommend this store.

Last time the food was hot and delicious and some of the best fries we’d had, but this time the food was mediocre. Fries were cold and gummy, just nasty. They don’t have any cherries. Can you imagine an ice cream place with no cherries? And the cost for a MINI blizzard…..$4.29. It will be a long time before I consider going there again.

Staff was friendly but $20 on mediocre at best shakes and blizzards…
It’s worth driving to Culver’s instead.

Went to get two chili dogs. I don’t know what is going on with your guys store lately. But chili dogs do not go on bread. And you should have told me if you was out of buns. Everytime I go the food is messed up .

So disappointed in this Dairy Queen I’ve been going there for years. It’s always been so clean. Looks like they had new owners. The place was a mess. The employees were fighting amongst each other. Very rude. My food was decent warm fresh but the place was absolutely disgusting. Tables were filthy so very disappointing. I would definitely go somewhere else. It’s not worth it.

I am starting this out stating that if I get food that is shoved in a microwave, you will get a 0 every time.
Now, here is the situation as I know people are stating that I am too much for saying you get a 0 for using a microwave.
My husband and I swung into the drive-thru at this Dairy Queen to grab a quick bite for a late lunch. I have eaten at this establishment many times for lunch while at my job. Never had an issue. Today, it was not even remotely busy, and we were the ONLY people in the drive-thru. There were 2 vehicles parked in customer parking. My husband ordered from the pick 2 menu. A cheese burger with no pickle and the 2 strips of chicken. The person at the drive-thru asked if he still wanted ketchup and mustard on the cheese burger, and I replied yes, he does want ketchup and mustard. I then ordered for myself, the 4 piece chicken basket. When we drove around to pay and pick up our food. I was handed my husband’s bag, and then a minute later, they came with my box.
We pulled into an empty parking spot to eat and realized NO NAPKINS & NO KETCHUP!!
Thankfully, we save napkins and ketchup from the other establishments we have stopped at who understand that concept.
I opened my box and noticed that my chicken strips looked rather old. My fries were very fresh, as was my toast. Tasted my chicken, and it was hot, but not even close to juicy as the ones I have had MANY time in the past. Then my husband took out his cheese burger, commenting that they gave him his food way too fast for it to be fresh after ordering without pickels. He then picked up the wrapped burger out of the bag and dropped it back in the bag, stating it was VERY HOT! He picked it out again and carefully opened it.

THIS is where the ZERO comes in, and I am never eating here again.
My husband’s cheese burger was so hot because whoever made his sandwich just opened one already made and pulled off the two pickles, wrapped it back up and tossed it in the microwave and nuked it. The cheese was all melted off the burger, the ketchup and mustard were boiling hot, the bun was wet, wrinkled, and soggy on the bottom and tough on the top. Then, the meat was tough and dry. Then his chicken strips were hard on the outside, and the chicken was dry and nasty on the inside.

The only difference between the food I have received from this establishment before (even on super busy days where drive-thru is long) and the food today, is that now they have teens working the day shift as they are not in school right now. Personally, I don’t care about that. However, maybe manage them better?!? We will never be returning, and this may seem drastic, but you can make someone sick, messing around with their food. 1st microwaving a burger to reheat it is a big NO! This isn’t your house, so don’t be acting like it is. Second, if my husband was allergic to pickles, thankfully, he isn’t!! That could have been a trip to the ER!! If people can not follow simple rules and simple instructions, then working is not for them. If this was a grown adult… shameful!!
I used to work at Dairy Queen, and it is/was not even remotely close to a hard job on the busiest of busy days.

**now I am thinking back to when and why they asked if he still wanted ketchup and mustard**
They did not want to make a fresh burger!! Nasty and lazy!

This place must be going bankrupt or something, I order the sauce I want with my food, then it’s not anywhere in the bag. I ask for it at the window, then both lady’s including the manager want to have an attitude and charge me $75c, only for finally the manager to come and tell me all of the sauces are inside of my chicken strip basket container? Are you running out of bags or something? And why do I want all of the sauces directly on top of my food? This place is full of it for real I wouldn’t go here again if you payed me.

My husband took our Grandaughter for a treat and they both came back sad. My husband who is in his 70s said the cashier yelled at them to stop being rude when she tried to hand them a cone they didn’t order. My husband had asked for a frozen coke. When he asked where the frozen coke was,she yelled,we don’t have that! She had no name tag. He said she had orangey hair color. This was around 5:30 pm friday April 11,2025. He said he just wanted to get out of there. The anger made him nervous .So sad . The strawberry malt they brought me was more like a watery vanilla. Culver’s is much better. And always polite.
