The barista greeted me cheerfully on this early morning Christmas Day. My decaf Americano was made to order and I passed in food because I was headed to family brunch

We are Daily Customers and have been to many Starbucks and this one is the best to us ! in the World ! After a hard day At work or during, knowing I’m going to go is what gets me through! Update : I returned to this store today (February 4, 2025) after a five-month skip them , and unfortunately, it seems the barista is still not properly trained. The barista didn’t follow the recipe, and when I pointed it out, he seemed unhappy to remake it. He then punched a hole in the side of the lid. When I took my first sip, the coffee spilled all over my seat and legs. It was a terrible experience. I felt like his actions were retaliatory.
Please be careful if you visit this store, as it feels like they may engage in unprofessional behavior, possibly even sabotaging your drink. I won’t be returning.
To the owner: It’s essential that you invest time in properly training your staff. Customers bring their money to your business, and they deserve better service. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer experience.
