The owner is incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. I order from this Pizza Hut quite often (probably too often, haha) and the food is always delicious and handed over with a smile. Employees working here have always been helpful, too. Customer service can really make or break a business, especially at a well known franchise, and I can honestly say that this place is doing it right.

I put an online order for 515pm this evening and we went to pick it up and they said they never got our order, but it saying our order was confirmed and ready for pick up! We wasted a trip to this pizza hut for no reason. My husband went in and showed them its ready and the person said there is nothing they can do and they don’t have nothing to do with the online ordering. Be aware don’t order your food online with this pizza hut!!

To start this the website malfunctioned and changed my order to carry out after I paid for a tip. Had to call the store witch is the biggest pain in the butt because it takes forever to talk to anyone there by time my order was cancelled and entered again it was entered incorrectly and delivered wrong and these people acted like it wasn’t their problem when I had to call and complain my other was wrong and then charged me again! kid even had the balls to ask if i would tip the driver again. my wings have no sauce and my breadsticks aren’t cut missing 2 pizzas. will never order here again

Found a long dark hair in my out of sausage meat ( but chicken only sausage ) lovers pizza,, I called the on staff manager Micheal, he freaked out & doubted me as if I was calling to just waste both of our time, he actually asked what color & how long the hair piece was, then said he couldn’t help me & hung up on me. I tried calling back several times & my calls were all ignored. Extremely Poor Service & Disgusting example of food !

Been going on and off for a while to this location and have yet to receive any resemblance to the cooked pizza they advertise. Our pizza was doughy, limp, and undercooked.

Ordered the “Big New Yorker” with Beef, Mushrooms, Half black olives. We received Sausage, Mushroom, Half black olive. called the store and the gentleman informed me that he made the pizza and assured me that he used beef. Instead of pushing the issue, I offered the feedback that their beef tastes like sausage, and that there were more black olives on half the pizza than Mushrooms on the entire thing. He apologized.

Beware of this location. I placed on order on the app and did the the $7 dollar deal. On the app it is advertised as 10 cheesy bread sticks. After getting home and opening everything up i realized i was only given 5 bread sticks. The guy on the phone (very rudely) said they don’t offer 10 bread sticks and if I had a problem I could contact corporate. I offered to show him where it is advertised and he interrupted me to tell me its not his problem. (he would not let me finish a sentence) He begin to scream at me at this point saying this has nothing to do with him that is it is a known issue and I need to call corporate. I tried to explain I just wouldn’t have ordered if I knew he hung up on me. Once off the phone I tried to call corporate just to find out they do not take calls for customer experiences, only emails. So I called back to the location, just so they were aware of how he handle the situation, and asked to speak to the manager just to be put back on the phone with the same guy, which was claiming to be the general manager. He was extremely rude, continued to yell at me, and said he would no longer provide service to me. I was extremely patience with him but no one should be talk to that way. Luckily I was able to recorded our second conversation and will be sending it to corporate. I see I’m not the only person who had this problem at this location and really think you should look into this guy. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Was gonna place an order for this location on Wednesday 11/19 after my cost cutters appointment but noticed what looked to be like 2 managers getting all handsy with each other and flirting that kind of behavior in a workplace out in the open is not very customer service friendly whoever is in charge of this store needs to handle this because clearly the food isn’t their priority.
