This Starbucks is not the cleanest as it is not cleaned very good. The floors are dirty and tables are not cleaned regularly. The food taste okay but when it is heated up it slides in the pouch it’s put in and all over the bag when you go to take it out. We also ordered 6 drinks. Everyone of them were wrong! No joke, one had only creamer and ice without coffee. We ordered two cookie crumble’s one was suppose to have no coffee and the other sub white mocha yeah/no they both had coffee and no sub white mocha. The other two were hot chocolate tasted like water and coco powder. The last one was a pink drink and wasn’t even there as we noticed it when we got home. There is a small skinny girl, black hair was very rude and not friendly at all! This is very close to home but would rather drive to Safeway to get our drinks. Overall they either need to hire more help or start firing people who don’t take their jobs seriously. Do better management as your crew is very unprofessional and could care less a brand new store is gross!!

We stopped at this location in Madras Oregon on Prince last night after driving over 8 hours through terrible weather after seeing my father in law in hospice. We still had a 4 hour drive ahead of us and I had a terrible headache. I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter that came out barely warm and a flat white with an extra shot for myself. At the window, I asked for 1 splenda to be added to my flat white (which wasn’t even started yet) and the sweetheart at the window said “no problem”. The drive through window was still open when she asked the barista with the red & black hair, to add a splenda, and she responded with “why didn’t you just tell them we don’t have any”? I kept my mouth shut & just waited but noticed the drink she was making, that turned out to be mine, was made with low fat milk (which tastes like water to me) when a flat white is supposed to be whole milk. I asked the girl at the window to confirm and I was right. I didn’t ask for it to be remade, but the girl at the window asked her to redo it anyways. The barista threw a fit and searched the fridge for whole milk, which was in the back on the bottom and put it on the counter. She was obviously pissed and I watched from the drive through window for about 10 minutes while many drinks were made and mine was last up. She laughed and chuckled it seems like, with each drink that wasn’t mine. When I got my drink it didn’t even have the extra shot I paid for, and was so weak that I couldn’t even drink half. I will definitely choose a different Starbucks next time and I advise everyone else to do the same. I have never experienced such rudeness from someone I had absolutely no contact with and I hope corporate sees this review – I will definitely be forwarding it on!

Absolutely the worst. A couple days ago, they “lost” our stickers for our drinks and we had to wait like an extra 10 minutes, so they gave me a gift card that says “Your next one is on us”. I come back through and order my normal drink, hand the cashier the card and they say I have a balance due. Don’t invite me back for an “on us” beverage and then charge me for it. Pathetic and embarrassing.

“Not amazing”. I ordered 2 of the same drinks, they made one, then did 3 drive thru orders before making our second drink, which was the same as the first one. When I asked why we are waiting so long for 1 coffee, they used the excuse “it’s the system” then gave their “amazing” line. No good.

Met a buddy there a couple days ago for a cup of we were the only two in the place initially. First the two girls behind the counter did not take his order before counting out at least 15.00 in change. I asked for a rag to clean off a table and the manager gave this job to one of the employees. Again….we were the only ones in the restaurant and I stood next to the table as she started cleaning tables on the other end of the restaurant before getting to the one I was at. I said thank you twice….not a word in return. Disappointing.

I was driving through and stopped at this Starbucks. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews here. My experience was phenomenal. The ladies working there were very friendly and welcoming. As I was working on my laptop, I could constantly hear their welcomes and positive interactions with customers. My experience was great and I would definitely come back again.
