Great bar with good prices and food! On Friday the pizza was on a special, highly recommend! Really good bar pizza. The place is pretty big, perfect for some after work drinks. If you’re in town, stop here for a fun bar and yummy food!

It’s been about a year since my family has ordered pizza from O’briens and we are very disappointed. The toppings were skimpy, and service while waiting for our pizza was horrible.

Loved the cheeseburger and fries with the fix’ns. The beer was trust quenching and several choices. My salad was loaded with goodies to enjoy. This is definitely a locals bar with tables reserved just for them on certain days, but lots of seating for you. Our servers were happy to share beer samples for us to choose the best beer for our taste. Will definitely go back.

We had agreat time at O’Briens! We had great service and the food and drinks were awesome as usual. We did have to wait for 2 of our 6 dinners to arrive but it wasn’t too long. Our server was fun and we highly recomend a visit!

$15 dollars for a rueben and some chips, id expect the corned beef to not be basic deli sliced packaged meat. It was not that good. Chips were basic bagged chips, that didn’t bother me too much, they were decent. Service was good, as well as the atmosphere. No irish food or brews to be found though even though this place claimed to be a irish pub…. maybe change the name? Overall, if this place improved thier food quality and implemented more of irish taps i think it would get a decent amount business and revenue, but as it stands it’s just a ok bar with food choices in a lackluster part of town next to a hotel, with the hotel being the only real reason why they are still in business.

Food is alright, service is fine, but I went for the happy hour and ended up getting charged full price. I didn’t notice till I got home, but it bums me out given that it was my first visit. I was also charged extra for fries, which was not clear. I don’t like hidden fees. Really makes you feel like you’re getting scammed. Just be upfront and honest. I’ll pay full price, but I don’t want to be surprised by my bill. Overall, pretty disappointing. I did enjoy how quiet it was. It made for a good visit with my friend. I wouldn’t recommend this place though, due to the dishonest marketing.

We were staying the night in Wichita, KS, for a family event. Around 8:00 p.m., we went next door to O’Brien’s. As I wasn’t overly hungry, I opted for an appetizer & a side. I ordered the cheesy-garlic bread, a mac-n-cheese & and adult beverage.

The server brings our food & leaves. I immediately notice my cheesy bread was not “normal”. After inspection, I noticed it is simply chresemelted on top of diagonally cut sandwich bread. The menu offered cheesy bread with choice of “ranch” or “marinara,” I chose marinara. I decided to give the so called cheesy-bread a try & dipped it in the “marinara” sauce. Well….there was no marinara, it was pizza sauce….gross.

Our server pops by & asks how everything is. I nicely share that sliced bread is not typical for cheesy bread & point to the bowl & ask.. “are they out of marinara?” She replies, “No, that’s what we HAVE / that’s HOW we do it.”

I tell her the bread & not marinara pizza sauce were very disappointing. She replies “sorry.”

The mac-n-cheese, the service & my adult beverage was very good.

It was mehh… the drinks were decently priced. Food was ok. Service was ok. I did not like the credit card fee they included within the bill. They should have advised us off it before we have the credit card.

It’s a cozy and classic pub feel with wonderful staff and amazing food at a very reasonable price point. You won’t be disappointed. It has become a favorite.

Read recent reviews before going. They have decent pub food and a low key atmosphere, but you really do get the British Pub treatment. They don’t care that you are there and they find it irritating to serve you. It cracked me up as it was pretty much like being in a London pub (except they come to your table to get your order). If you aren’t expecting that treatment it could be upsetting. We went for a late lunch and there were maybe a dozen people in the place. We enjoyed our hamburgers which were thick and tasty, but disliked paying extra to get fries instead of potato chips. As other reviews state they do not do mixed drinks. They advertised a rum special but when I asked what drinks they made with rum they suggested adding coke or pineapple juice to my rum. So again true to a British pub – beer is the main drink. We enjoyed lunch but not sure I will be back. Prices were good and it was a good place to sit and talk – not too loud and they definitely didn’t disturb us unless we called for them – but there are friendlier places with more menu options. (They didn’t have fish and chips!!!)
