I love this place! Mia is the best. The food was delicious and the service was stellar. This is now my favorite restaurant in Pullman!

I am very impressed with this eatery/brewery! Was a quiet night with students gone and middle of the week, but the food came out hot and well made which speaks volumes about their kitchen staffs standards. ALL the food choices were very well made. I’m a BBQ snob being a BBQ competitor, but these guys have it going on. I actually ordered the salmon burger for something new, wife ordered brisket sandwich, daughter ordered a burger. If I had to make a recommendation, make the salmon patty about 1/4 size bigger. It was so good I wanted more. Beef burger was well grilled. Mango slaw and bbq sauce paired well together. Plus, our server knew the menu and beers very well and was super pleasant. Now for the beers. My only complaint was the Wit blew just as I got there and couldn’t try it. These brewers on on point. Had the flight and had no issues with anything. Marked everything well on UNTAPPD. The Kolsh was dry and clean, IPAs were well described, I loved the dark beers though! One of the best porters I’ve had in a while and the nitro stout was smooth, roasty and perfect head. Don’t hesitate to try Paradise Creek Brewery! I’m not from the area, but hope I have a chance to eat here again someday. Thank you for making my day!
Also, this place is located in an historic old decommissioned Post Office from 1938. I love historic buildings.

They don’t call it the Old Post Office for no reason. This is genuinely the old post office in downtown Pullman, and you can feel the craftsmanship you just don’t see as often anymore. The main room is especially impressive. It feels grand and upscale for Pullman, making it a great spot for locals and visitors alike. Paradise Creek Brewery is a bit of a hidden gem with consistently solid food and drinks, a great tucked-away patio, and excellent in-house Pullman-made beer.
Every time I’m here I think, “Why don’t I come here more often?” They have some distinctly Pullman items you may not find elsewhere, including Cougar Gold themed dishes (locally made cheese, look it up), along with Merry Cellars wine (also Pullman-made). The desserts are outstanding too. You really cannot go wrong. Go check it out.

Great beer. Great food. Great service. The old post office building gives this place a lot of fun atmosphere to go along with their craft beers which are delicious ( and that’s from someone who’s not a big beer drinker). Hamburgers are great, the brisket sandwich with coleslaw is messy and tasty, the chili is over the top good. The menu has lots of options. Save room for a Nanaimo bar rich thick chocolate layer over sweet coconut center and chocolate cookie-like bottom.
This place has a dog friendly patio too.

Great place for a good burger. We really enjoy sitting out back on the patio each time we are in Pullman. Our server was quick and came back to check on us regularly.
We came in at 1:30 for lunch and they closed at 2 but she didn’t rush us. We were respectful and weren’t there much after 2.
Their beer is great as well. I didn’t indulge today since we were driving.

The brewery was a recommendation from our host at the McCoy hotel in Pullman. Turned out to be a great one!
Loved the place, the beer and the food. The service was outstanding and very helpful with making the right decision for the beer. Our server brought us two samples so we could try, awesome!
We ordered a dark and a blonde beer which both didn’t disappoint at all. Great taste, just as described on the menu. We had the salmon burger and the bleu burger for dinner which were both delicious and are very recommendable. The location in the old U.S. post office building is fantastic.
Thanks for a great evening!

Overall my experience here was positive. The restaurant itself is a remodeled post office, and has a very nice look/vibe. I love that they take reservations, I wish more places in smaller towns did that. It also has an outdoor seating area with its own entrance, so I was able to bring my dog, which is awesome . The staff was friendly and helpful, but service was pretty slow (an hour to get our dinner). But it was Saturday night and busy, so I’m ok with waiting. The food was mostly good with a few standouts and a few less enjoyed items. The best of the evening was the “Spicy Bleu Burger” (great patty, perfect flavor balance with the different components, seriously, if you like Bleu cheese this is a definite 5/5) and the house salad was also great (flavorful combo of veg/fruit/nuts with a tangy vinaigrette that paired perfectly). The average of the meal was the turkey club. It had way too much mayo for my preference and I just wasn’t wowed by it compared to others I’ve eaten. My least favorite was the “Curried Lentil Burger”. The patty was seasoned well and had an ok texture, but it was far too dry and crumbly. The real deal breaker for me was the curry aoli. I’m sure plenty of people love it, but personally I found it really off-putting and drowned it in hot sauce just to mask the taste of it. Another hate was the cheese sauce (ordered it with the pretzel bites). I absolutely adored the mustard accoutrements and the pretzels, but I paid extra for cheese sauce and it was a food travesty to be honest. The sauce was very runny/thin (which is bizarre if it contained any decent amount of cheese) and was just an odd not cheesy flavor/texture. After one dip no one at the table would touch it again and we just stuck with the mustards. I’ve had many cheese sauces and this one needs major improvement if you are going to charge extra for it. Regardless, the majority of our meals were good enough I will definitely eat here again when I’m in town, especially since I’m dying to try the lentil chili and the hubby wants that Bleu cheese burger again!

5 stars across the board for this super cool brewery in the old post office. Seating is plentiful and staff very helpful with recommendations. Pulled pork sandwich very flavorful and beers delicious.
Certainly a must do in Pullman.

We went to the brewery and did the delivery option. None of our sides came. My steak was charged the 12 but I clearly got the 8oz and it was very burnt. My side was 4 small broccoli heads. The steak had maybe 6 mushrooms. Brian ordered bacon on his burger got charged no bacon. I don’t think any of us will return. To pay such a big bill and leave hungry is rough in this economy.
