From the outside, the restaurant has a clean, modern look with a bold sign that’s easy to spot. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm atmosphere and the comforting aroma of freshly cooked Vietnamese food. The space was bright, casual, and perfect for both a quick lunch stop and a relaxed dinner.
Of course, I had to try their pho. The broth was rich, clear, and deeply flavorful — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime on the side made the experience even better. Every bite felt authentic and comforting. I also tried a Vietnamese iced coffee, which was strong, sweet, and absolutely refreshing.
As a traveler, finding a restaurant that feels both authentic and welcoming is always a highlight. Pho Dai Viet delivered exactly that. If you’re exploring the area and craving delicious Vietnamese cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit. I would happily come back again on my next trip
The food is outstanding. I highly recommend the Pho Combo the broth is rich, flavorful, and clearly simmered to perfection. The tender meats and fresh herbs make every bite satisfying. Plus, their spring rolls are light!
For an authentic and delicious meal, you won’t find better. Five stars!. I Recommend this place.
My go-to is the brisket + meatball pho with a side of the fried shrimp rolls.
10/10 – Highly recommended!
But what really surprised me was the Vietnamese baguette (bánh mì) ✨ It was so good!! Packed with plenty of chicken, and the sauce had no overpowering fish sauce taste. Definitely a win!
The shrimp spring rolls were ~$6 so on the pricer side. It comes with two thin rolls but wasn’t stuffed loosely. They also cut it in half but overall they were kinda small.
Parking is free in the Chastain Square with plenty of parking. There’s also ample seating inside with booths and tables. It was fairly empty at like 1:30pm. Menu had a few good options under each category like pho, banh mi, vermicelli, rice, and drinks. Our server refilled water several times and was quite attentive.
