Deplorable Rob
This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May ’89-Nov ’02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.
When it comes to having Arby’s whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I’m starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby’s sauce.
There’s one thing that Arby’s doesn’t have…….competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there’s only 1 and that’s Arby’s.
Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD’s, Popeye’s, BK, Subway, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, etc………Arby’s has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.
Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.
As long as Arby’s keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I’ll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin’ business for the franchise owner.

Ordered lunch since we received coupons in our Ingleside mail. Reuben didn’t have much meat and tasted all like sauerkraut. The beef brisket was like beef jerky and overpriced. The double beef and cheddar was delicious and the Arby’s melt were a smaller version. Chicken sandwich was a little well done and dry and the fries were just as they always are. I’m giving five stars though because the employees were nice and got our order correct.

Extremely disappointed. My chicken sandwich wasn’t even assembled. Everything was thrown in foil. I got charged for 2 cheese cups, but none was given. Also my beef sandwiches were supposed to have cheddar and they are plain. I will never go there again. This is absolutely unacceptable. 1 mistake is understandable but this is absurd.

I ordered their hot philly cheesesteak as it looked so good on their menu…it wasnt. The meat was adequately proportional though I was hoping it would contain more meat due to their ad but it didnt. The meat didnt have any flavor but it is so salty. I had high hope for my first time but was let down. Will come back to try out more of their menu to be fair and will update review.

Mom and I had a coupon for a couple of chicken sandwiches and two orders of potatoe cakes and it was right up there with Wendy’s chicken sandwiches but we had a good coupon and the potatoe cakes were included at Wendy’s I would have to get a cheddar and bacon baked potato and that’s almost $5.00 dollars by itself! So we had a good filling meal for $5.00 bucks each! And we both really enjoyed it!
