WILL BE RETURNING. I’ll change my rating after a few more trys. Went on a random weekday and had some AMAZING ribs and tasted my guys brisket nachos which were equally impressive. We planned to come back for Soul food Sunday and ended up getting the meatloaf meal. I had 2 issues. 1. The post they made about the meal listed 3 sides and cornbread. When I received the meal there were only two sides and no cornbread. So I just ask that they honor the post next time. 2. The sides were not as advertised. Videos and costumer posts I’ve seen had very creamy cheesy looking Mac and cheese and the yams looks solid. The sides I got are pictured below. Now tell me if that’s some cheesy macaroni. The yams were very soupy/runny and too soft. Overall I’ll go back anytime for the ribs but I’ll have try Sunday dinner a few more time before I trust it. Great service and friendly people.

I was excited to try Coy B Que and it did not disappoint. The food was served hot and fresh. I like the sweet smoky taste of the sauce. Accompanied by the tender smoky meat, it was a tasty treat.
I went in on a Sunday (Please get there early on Sunday. The line forms quickly and it gets packed). The mac and cheese was good, the potato salad had a sweet kick that I enjoyed and the greens were flavorful.
I strongly suggest giving this place a try. It’s in the back of a hookah lounge and has a relaxed vibe. Get in there and try their tasty food!

I personally really love Coy B Que and have had it a few times but it has been awhile since our last order. I always get the tips sandwich. I was disappointed in the presentation this time. Usually the tips are chopped in a uniform manner and that’s how I like to enjoy them. This time it was just the tip meat pulled and I couldn’t tell if it was tip or not. My husband confirmed it was tip but just ripped apart. I didn’t care for that at all. I’m attaching a photo for reference of what I’d expect to see when I order rib tips. This isn’t what it was at all. This is why I’m giving it 3 stars.

Food is not as advertised on social media at all. Such a disappointment. Pot roast was salty and cold. The sides were very fresh and good but portion was SMALLLL. I guess they only make good plates for people they know or maybe just themselves. Will not be back wasted 30 dollars!!!

This place has a vibe for sure. The music, the ambience, the selfie photo wall.. I ordered a few things to try. Stuffed turkey leg which came with sweet potatoes, greens, Mac n cheese and cornbread; Rib Tip sandwich with potato salad; Pork Steak sandwich with baked beans; Beef rib; Pineapple and Strawberry homemade lemonade. Let’s just say I’ll be back!!! Get there about 11am because the line be lining! Doors open at 12pm. The wait was decent due to the amount of stuff ordered. I really didn’t pay attention to the time because I was too busy vibing from the music. Customer service was A1 ❤️

I don’t know who I’m more disappointed with, Coy B Que or myself. Myself for not looking up reviews and blindly ordering. This was a mess!! The beef rib picture is deceiving. The picture shows 3 bones, but you only get 1 for 28.00!! I will never order from here again. The Philly sandwich IS ON A SMALL HOT DOG BUN for 16.99!! So ridiculous!! This was 75.00 A TOTAL WASTE!! ..and we’re still gonna be hungry!

Omg. Someone is lying about the reviews or I came on the wrong day with the wrong cook. That food was terrible to say bbq is ridiculous when clearly they boiled the barbecue it was disgusting. The barbecue sauce was water down. The baked beans are canned baked beans. The green beans are canned green beans and the spaghetti is just trifling. The meat sauce had no flavor or taste and the lemonade is sugar diabetes in a plastic jar. I will not return . They should be ashamed needless to say, I spent $60 here and the food was not good at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My sister and I ordered stuffed turkey legs. They don’t stuff them anymore but put the sides separate. I had no problem with that. The sweet potatoes were cold like they just got them out the refrigerator. My sweet potatoes looked totally different from my sister’s. Like it came straight out a can with no brown sugar or anything. Macaroni horrible. I don’t eat sauce on my smoked turkey leg. It had some type of glaze on it. I don’t know what it was. I wanted to support but it was a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend.

Walked in first time to get dinner . Word of mouth was accurate the food was seasoned , tender , and portion size was perfect . I ordered the beef rib with potato salad , and pulled pork nachos . It did not disappoint. I am looking forward to coming back on Sunday for soul food .
