We arrived toward the end of their operating hours for the day. Several people came in after us, so we didn’t feel too bad about it. The staff was welcoming to all of us late-comers. The atmosphere was unique and interesting. There were lots of interesting things and funny signs to look at and read while we waited for our order to be served. The food was cooked properly and was as delicious as we’d hoped it would be. Very reasonable pricing and fit right in with the area’s restaurant prices. I would recommend to anyone looking for American Family/Casual fare. They even serve breakfast for dinner, if that’s what you’re in the mood for!

It’s not a bad place to eat. But a bit expensive, and sometimes it sinks like gas at the entrance. The food is good. The servers are nice. Also don’t send your food back because the cook gets mad.

My mini family always enjoy tom and tiff. My husband always likes to Crack jokes with one of the cooks too for good laughs. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, food is always good, the coffee is always hot, and nonetheless their service is great too.

Food was okay, but left me with an upset stomach afterwards. The atmosphere of the restaurant was dark and dingy, and the air smelled like dirty frier oil. Ordered a basic breakfast with over-easy eggs, pancakes, and bacon. The bacon did not taste good at all. Service otherwise was fast and good.

Outstanding mom and pop cafe. Lovely servers. (Cute) Good, friendly folks for customers. Exactly what I expected from a small iowa community. I would recommend this place and will come again. I hope more people can frequent this place to keep them in business. They deserve it. Thank you folks for a great breakfast and some friendly conversation.

This is a breakfast heaven. Everything we have had has been prepared to perfection. It’s been a long time since I have had hash browns this well cooked. Can’t wait to try the hot beef sandwich.

Just had a banging breakfast at Tom & Tiffs. I’m from KY and this really hit the spot for a good down home breakfast. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pancakes, 3 pieces of bacon, and hashbrowns. I drank coffee with all of this and it was EXCELLENT. Great price for how yummy the food is (about $30 -tip included- for 2 meals) . Everyone there is friendly too. Just what I needed to start off a long day of travelling.

Had the pork fritter sandwich with onion rings. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich and found the onion rings a tad bland for me. Service was friendly and fast. I felt i received good value for the $ spent. Would dine here again when I am back in town.
