My husband and I moved to Crawfordville a few years ago and my husband said one day I would love to be a regular at a restaurant and not have to order. Well instead of a restaurant we quickly became regulars here! Jennifer and her staff are so sweet. They make you feel like family at home! When Jennifer told us the first time we went in they’re known for cinnamon rolls you better run go get a whole pan! Because our family gets some every week we even had CR cheesecake and birthday cheesecake which was amazing and the chocolate cake was by far the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had in my life (I love chocolate desserts and the rest of my crew is obsessive with anything cinnamon rolls)! So happy we have this gem of amazing desserts and friends in Crawfordville ❤️

I walked into TC Bakery on a day when I was running on fumes—physically and emotionally. What I found there wasn’t just good food, but two absolute angels behind the counter. And here’s the part that still blows my mind: they weren’t even open to the public at the time. It wasn’t regular business hours, yet they unlocked the door and let me in anyway.
They didn’t have to do that. They could’ve easily said “sorry, we’re closed.” Instead, they chose kindness.
Inside, I was met with nothing but genuine compassion, patience, and warmth. No rush, no judgment—just real human care. They talked to me, listened, smiled, and helped keep my spirit upright when it very easily could’ve collapsed. That kind of love sticks with you.
TC Bakery isn’t just a place to grab something to eat. It’s a place where people still see people. I’ll never forget how I was treated there, and I’m deeply grateful for those two souls who showed me love when I needed it most.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this bakery! They made the cake for my baby shower and again for my baby’s first birthday, and both were absolutely perfect. Not only were the cakes stunning and exactly what I envisioned, but they also tasted amazing!

I just went in there and ordered a cinnamon roll. The black lady that handled my transaction kept the same filthy gloves on that she had been wearing while she’s cleaning the store to handle my cinnamon roll that she put into a box. Definitely not going to eat that thing. $6 wasted.

Ordered a banana pudding cheesecake for my husbands 30th birthday. Communication was great and pick up was easy. By far one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. My husband is a huge cheesecake fan and said this is the top 3 he’s ever had. I can’t wait to order/try more cheesecakes from TC Bakery, but it I’ll be hard not to just get the banana pudding cheesecake every time!

This business is set up for wholesale and special order desserts, and currently only sells retail at the shop on Saturdays, as I understand it. She is supplyling desserts to Wakulla Lodge just down the road as well as a variety of other retail businesses in the region. Her Ginger Yap and Banna cream Cheesecakes and Humming Bird cake that they sell at the lodge are fabulous! I told the lodge management that they are missing an opportunity if they don’t offer to “sell pies to go” for departing guests! If you get a chance to try TC’s wonderful desserts, don’t let it pass you by.
