Cedar Hill Bagels has absolutely the most kindest/sweetest service you will ever receive! I have ordered a bunch of different things on the menu throughout the time they have been open and everything has tasted scrumptious. There bagels are so pretty and big you will never be disappointed 🙂

I placed my order online, when I got there 10 minutes after I did online order, I waited online and was told when I got to the front counter, that she was too busy to put my online order in.
I then waited 20 more minutes and I watched people come and go that ordered way after me, I asked if my order was started and she said no, I said I would like my money back because I couldn’t wait any longer. I was told she didn’t know how to give money back, I would have to wait for order. My order came out and after one bite I threw it out, it tasted awful

Good stuff! I had a French toast bagel with maple walnut cream chase. This place is not very flashy but the bagels are good.

I love a good bagel sandwich. A well done Taylor ham and cheese on a toasted everything bagel is my go to. This place makes a great sandwich. I love being able to text my order and get a response when it will be done. I’ve been ordering from this place for over a year and the food is always ready when they say it will be. In and out in minutes. Great place, nice people, good food.

Original experience was great, but went in there today and ordered a French toast bagel with butter and jelly, they made a cinnamon raisin with butter and jelly. I told them that I wanted a French toast vehicle with butter and jelly which they proceeded to make and then charged me for both sandwiches. I’ve never had customer service like that before it was a disgrace. I hope they can do better in the future.

There is no shortage of breakfast and lunch places, let alone bagel stores. Glad I discovered this place last summer. I’ve been going here on and off for the past six months and can’t praise the food and staff enough. I’ve called in orders and gone in person to place them. Sometimes I will eat there as well. Hector, Johnny and even Eric who runs back and forth at the grill are wonderful. They are always smiling and very friendly. There are the usual busy times when there is a line to the door but they are fast and efficient, even if they are short staffed, which is not their fault in this day and age. Not once have they made a mistake on my orders, unlike other places. They really seem to care about getting it right. They treat all the patrons with kindness and try to get everyone out to door as quickly as possible. Lastly, the prices are comparable to other deli’s and bagel shops. To be fair, everything costs more nowadays. But the quality and amount of food they give you makes it worthwhile.
