Great food as I wait for my flight. Drinks are so delicious.

My server was Vanessa, she was amazing. Just to give you a little peace before your flight.

Ordered food and attempted to sit down at the seating, and I was harassed and asked to leave by the manager, who threw her hands up when I went to sit down. She said that area is for when waited upon-only. She told me to go to the food court. Very rude. And the food was disgusting—the salsa was watery green juice. If you don’t tip for take-out they spike your order.

1/30/26 The Manager wrote me offering a refund, which I accepted. A month later, it still hasn’t processed.

Vanessa was quick and friendly. The food was good and the atmosphere was an airport (to be expected). I would revisit if I am travelling through Ohare again.

I stumbled upon this spot while crossing through the terminal and decided to give it a try with zero expectations. During my lengthy layover, I was craving a good late lunch, and this place felt like a safe bet among the options at the international terminal. I was debating between the Chipotle Roasted Chicken and the Crispy Chicken Milanesa before finally going with the Chipotle Roasted Chicken Sandwich, and I’m glad I did!

Ordering was quick and easy via the kiosk, and my food was ready in just 10 minutes. Served on a teller’s roll, the sandwich had a perfect combination of flavors and textures. The smoky chicken was perfectly complemented by creamy avocado, fresh arugula, and a tangy cilantro crema, all packed between nicely toasted bread. The salsa on the side was perfect, adding just the right balance of freshness and spice. The portion size was generous so much so that I couldn’t even finish the sandwich!

The only minor disappointment was that the Coke from the front rack wasn’t cold, but that’s not a dealbreaker. For good Mexican food at Chicago airport, this place is legit and absolutely worth a stop if you need a solid, satisfying meal before your flight.

Got to the airport WAY too early and even though it was 745/8 in the morning Ricardo was wonderful from the start. We had great convo while he was also taking great care of other customers, had great food recommendations and talked so highly about how the owner commits to sticking to as traditional as possible. Food was incredible – green salsa and habanero sauce was packed w flavor. 12/10 would recommended, but Ricardo was so genuine and amazing – he made the wait for my flight feel like I was right at home at one of my regular hometown spots.

The chipotle sauce was incredible. Lick your bowl clean good.
The aqua Fresca was a bit too sweet and wish the mango flavor came through more. I taste sweet and sour lime.

Great spot within the airport terminal to grab some Mexican cuisine while waiting.

The food is not as bad however, the customer service is pretty poor.
I would recommend to not go to this location if you are in a hurry to get your food .

The folks on the counter are pretty relaxed about everything and nothing is expedited .

The guac and chips are a good option!

We ordered on the kiosk, and went to sit down and Vanessa asked to leave and sit at Dunkin’ Donuts! Horrible service! I tipped 18% and they still wouldn’t let us sit. We said we want to order drinks Vanessa said they can give it to go. The kiosk rep tried to cancel our order but they couldn’t do it. So he requested Vanessa to let us sit, and she didn’t even clean our table. Wouldn’t let us order drinks. So I started writing this review and took a pictures of dirty table is when she came running to ask for drinks order.

Also they started sweeping the floor in the middle of our meal. Around our table.

Food is amazing, salsa is amazing. Service is trash. The entire job of a server is to be nice to customers and Vanessa is horrible at her job. Absolutely useless and horrible experience before our long flight. Get a different job – you are not meant for the service industry.

For the veg sandwich alone, I’m giving this place a 5-star review. The avocado and cauliflower in the sandwich made it awesome. They only had a few beers on tap from their menu since they had run out of two of them. We ordered the Chips and Salsa many times since the salsa was pretty good.
