Overall, it was a good experience! I ordered a grilled chicken salad and it was really good — fresh and flavorful. I didn’t like the bacon bits, I believe they weren’t the real home made ones. The only downside was the service was a little slow, and I wasn’t greeted right away. I did wait a while for my food.
But once everything arrived, the food was good and the vibe was nice.I would still recommend stopping by and checking them out if you’re in the area!

Reasonable prices and a full bar with all the options.
We only visited for lunch a couple of times, but even then it seems it can get a little noisy (kids, mom groups, etc.) so, I’d look elsewhere if you’re seeking a quiet executive lunch or something similar.
Overall just a great surprise for us out-of-towners to stumble into such a nicely established place. Thanks y’all!

Great comfort food in the heart of Kirkwood. Best turkey club around. Good selection of sandwiches and a few entrees. Usually pretty fast but can be a little slower when very busy although wait staff is always attentive. Offers a room in the back for large parties of 10 or more which is great for family gatherings.

Didn’t eat, just sat at the bar and alternated between a beer and a water for about 40 minutes.

And this place’s extra taverny with a long bar and separate rooms. Brick walls and wood paneling. Not underground but feels like it. Booths, hightops. And I adore a bar with a foot rest not joking.

Super cozy atmosphere, a great date spot. The food was amazing, cooked fresh, and the prices for the amount of food was really good. The staff were also super nice and made sure our every need was taken care of. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in this area again!

Our server Kaitlyn M was absolutely awful. We ordered our food and then went to check on it. (45 minutes) after we never got it. Kaitlyn told us that “she accidentally forgot to put the ticket in” and that the food would take another 20 minutes. We just asked for the check at that point. She still had the gall to charge us for our drinks and appetizers after we waited an HOUR due to her MISTAKE. Absolutely insane!
