Ordered from the Dallas NC location and took forever. Pizza was “warm”, almost burnt and very lite on the cheese. Called to find out where the pizza was and told the pizza just left after text the pizza was ready over half an hour before. There’s reason it’s been nearly a year since we ordered from this place. Quick note the Donino’s in Dallas consistently delivers smoking hot pizzas in 25 mins.

I ordered online it said 15 mins got to the store it was a total of 25 mins I order 8 bbq winga and stuffed cheese bread. I got home took a bite of the cheese bread it had pepperoni in it. Drove back to the store was not greeted the lady walked up to me looked down did not say any thing to me so I spoke up and said it was made wrong that it had pepperoni in it she took the receipt and the box to the back with her no apology no refund no words came out of her mouth. Very disappointed to be my first time here. That lady is training someone too.

1st time going here and absolutely LOVED it. I got a 1 topping pizza with garlic crust (highly recommend btw). The cheese, perfectly melted, pepperoni was amazing and not overly greasy. Marinara sauce had the most amazing taste to it. If you’re ever in the area, I definitely recommend popping in and getting a pizza

Went to go get my food and when I went in the workers followed behind me smelling like pot super rude loud laughed at my appearance touch the food without gloves and tried to talk to me with bloodshot red eyes and when I said that they got my food wrong they said no they didn’t take the food and go I am super displeased on the staff and the workers names were Destiny and Stephanie when I tried to get my money back Stephanie said that she was the GM and that my food was not wrong and I was not getting my money back. My 9 year old has been begging me to try this place for weeks. I finally gave in , and Im glad I did. The perfect dinner on a Friday night. The pizza sauce was perfect. So zesty. Hard to find it with the perfect twang unless you make it yourself. The coupons online was good too. I came out alot cheaper then other pizzas places around here. The wait wasn’t too long either.

I ordered pizza at this location for the first time today, but the DoorDash delivery driver drove it to the wrong house and dropped it off, I called this location and explained to them what happened, they got a hold of their boss immediately and made me new pizzas on the spot! Everyone was very sorry for what had happened even though it wasn’t in their control, and I was very happy with the quality of the food as well!! Very nice people and food!! Will definitely order from here again, just picking it up first next time lol.
