I stopped in with my wife while we were on a business trip and simply asked to use the restroom before ordering. The first thing the employee said to me was, “Are you going to buy something?” That alone told me everything I needed to know about this place.
My wife was planning on ordering a drink, but after being treated like that, I told her to just grab the cheapest item—a bottle of water—so we could use the restroom and leave. We went straight to Dutch Bros afterward, where the staff (many of them teenagers) were far more welcoming and professional than the employee here.
If this is how customers are treated, it’s no surprise people choose other coffee shops. I won’t be back.
