First of all, music was blasting and doesn’t sound right. Second of all, server was slow and was standing around most of the time. Food was VERY spicy and was not disclosed on the menu. My grandpa and brother could not eat there sandwiches because of how spicy, we talked to the very rude server and and she asked if we wanted to get another and a half of the sub. We said “sure” and we got that. When we tried to pay, both were on the bill and we nicely asked the server if we could get the big sub off because of the spicy seasoning and she said “the one you didn’t eat”….. Very rude and disrespectful and no one apologized for the rude comments that were said. Got the manger and he took it off but didn’t look very happy. Overall, not very good and you will not see me walking back into this door. I will take my services to a better restaurant and bar.

The food here is really good, as is the beer selection. Only complaint is its very expensive. Two sandwiches, one side upgrade and two sodas was over $50 with tip. That’s just too high for lunch.

I have a suggestion for trivia night. I noticed customers with normal hearing struggle to hear the trivia questions and I have severe hearing loss and wearing hearing aids. Would be very helpful to have close captions on a tv screen.

Every time we come the food is really slow to come out and the wait staff is never knowledgeable about what beers they have on draft or offer a drink menu. The bartender couldn’t find the pitchers so we had to order individual glasses of beer insted of offering anything different. The bread for the subs is always over toasted, dry and tough. We have come a handful of times and I don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon.

You can’t go wrong with the cheesesteak with the ” works”. Subs are very good. I particularly like that the bun is softer than some other sub shops. It’s all good and excellent service, especially the dining area on the right. Great servers! The apples are not on the menu but were made by a sweet server there.

I ordered boneless wings from this store and there was no sauce on them. They were overpriced and not sauced. The fries I also ordered was a tiny portion. Hire people who know how to do their job correctly. Do better. Things are overpriced and not done right here.
