Came with my son real quick to grab him a pretzel and the 2 girls working tonight jan. 31st 2025 you guys don’t close for a hour n half and you guys wouldn’t give us or make us one cinnamon pretzel and said you only have plain?? Really disheartening I thought better customer service from here especially in a big mall with all these customers after I stood in line to be turned away crazy

Service was underwhelming and not friendly. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. The pretzels were bland and too doughy. I’ve had better versions of Wetzel’s before. A hard pass on this location.

Minus one star for the salty pretzel bites, which were VERY salty and oily. If you can find a block of salt, coat it in oil, and just lick it you could probably get the same great taste as the salty bites. One less star because the cashier gave me an original cheese dog when I had ordered a jalapeño cheese dog…he even rang it up as the jalapeño dog…like how? You had one job, and you messed up my cheese dog. I ate the original cheese dog regardless, but still wonder about that jalapeño dog.

My first time to eat WP. Service was very good. Cashier who attended to me was courteous and very helpful. Short waiting time and pretty good products. I got 3 different pretzels. Others employees were busy preparing orders. Will definitely visit again.

Horrible experience! I ordered a bag of cinnamon pretzel bites and they were coated with sooooooooo much cinnamon and sugar I couldn’t eat them because they were tooooo sweet. I tried calling 3 million times but no one ever answers!! I live far from there so when I went in to try and tell them about my overly drenched diabetic coma pretzel bites. They told me to call Brittany on Monday when no one ever answers the phone. The workers wouldn’t help me for the Horrible Horrible pretzel bites they made. This is the best food place to go to if I was hungry. At downtown sumerlin, if I want a quick snack, I would just go to wp. I’ve gone there a couple of times, and they have not gotten my order wrong. And their mini dogs are very tasty. Overall, I recommend you give any of their locations a try

Jasmine was very very rude for no reason, she was throwing stuff around and being super rude to us. I asked for the manager and complained about being rude and the manager just said “ok”. Very unprofessional and I probably wont be coming back to this location and I will be telling everyone I know about how horrible the customer service is here. Also, she had really long nails, it was disgusting watching her handle the food with those claws.

Fresh pretzels, Good service most of the time and clean. Took one star off because it’s a 50/50 chance If you go within 45 minutes, maybe even 30 minutes of closing time,they won’t be making any more pretzels. If there’s nothing left, they’re already cleaning up and refuse to make anything or in the event that you would like something they do not have made they will tell you they won’t make it, you can buy what they have left.
