Gross! Came in for the Spongebob meal and was ignored by the staff. Completely dead here no one in the drive through finally someone came to take our order then walked away in the middle and didn’t come back. Another employee came up and told us the Spongebob meal was sold out and they only had the sandwich. We said ok and husband asked for extra pickles and they told us they are out of pickles. Tables and drink area were dirty. Chairs were dirty and wiped with a dirty rag. Very disappointing won’t be back

I have been coming to this location about once a week. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and paid for it. I also asked if they could make sure the cheese was melted on it because cold American cheese makes me cringe. NOT a hard task. What they gave me was a single hamburger with nothing on it. Just a pattie and bun. Couldn’t even give me what I paid for. If me asking for them to melt the cheese pissed them off so bad to do this then they should not be working. This sorta hurt my feelings being that I go there once a week and never had a problem. I will not be returning. I only have 20 min for lunch and can’t be running around fixing this.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience there today. I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with a diet coke and no mayonnaise. The girl in the drive through asked the guy who was preparing it if he put mayonnaise on it and he said no. Come to find out when I got home that there was a huge glob of mayonnaise in the middle of the sandwich and no lettuce at all. The drink was not diet coke and it tasted funny. The fries and sandwich were both cold like they had been sitting out for a while. I only live 10 minutes away. Some of the fries were inedible because they tasted raw.

Impressive location. This place is spotless. Brian greeted us. Quickly took our order. And while waiting for the fries to cook he even went and cleaned the soda fountain. There was a stack of crowns for the kids too. The food was hot and fresh. The fancy soda machine was fun. The interior is very new. Love the decor. Super current w big tv too. Even the garbage cans were clean. Great job Brian. When we left he even said goodby. Parking was easy. Fixation was convenient. Overall great place.

The staff was very friendly and the food was hot!!! Ngl I gave up on this store because of past problems. But, this store has had a real turn around. It seems they have all new staff. They seem like they really care about the customers and the quality of their service. 10 out of 10 best experience yet.
