I ordered two jr whoppers no Onions and Whooper There was a serious negligence on Burger King. Upon completing my order. I tell the drive thru lady(Hispanic) no Onions no Cheese on the whopper and jr whoppers. Drive to the window I get my food. The (Hispanic)lady was at the drive thru window I paid $14.95 and got my food and headed back home.i end up biting into my whopper chewing and suddenly i tasted cheese. Closed 30 minutes early and wouldn’t even respond to customer. Watched 10 people wait in the drive through just to give up and go home hungry. Poor management and awful work ethic. I personally waited 20 minutes just for the employees to hide until closing time and drove through the drive through several times. The employees just shook their heads no at me. If there was a reason why they couldn’t serve me I would assume they would tell me. In such case I can only assume they didn’t want to cook the food. Last time I’ll make this a stop after work!

I like the store and the employees they are amazing as long as you’re courteous. As a customer I have noticed other customers who are extremely rude to the workers when they shouldn’t be. They try hard to do their jobs and shouldn’t receive the negativity or disrespect that customers give them.

Asked to have bacon added to my original chicken sandwich. This is what I got. Thats just not great at all. Its been years of not the best quality from this location. Again we know its fast food, but just want consistancy and some sort of quality control.

I usually don’t review fast food restaurants, it’s the usual taste we all know. But this time, I have to give a shout out to Kashinna (Im sorry if I butcher the name) she was incredibly nice, something you don’t see nowadays with fast food workers. She took the order, so cordial and nice, then offered a crown for my kid and was so polite. She was amazing and should be recognized, especially during this time.

Why does this location always have online ordering turned off? It’s super inconvenient. This is otherwise a good location. They usually get the order correct. Only occasionally do they make mistakes. Fix the online ordering please.

99.9% of the staff is awesome and friendly. Quick service when you go through drive-thru.. prices have gradually gone up… Definitely not the healthiest of foods but the salty fries are so yummy!

Very poor experience today. The shake machine was broken (again) they were out of chicken sandwiches and the time difference between my photo and actually getting my food was well over 10 minutes. I know because of the timestamp on the photo as well as my receipt.

Door says dine in opens 6am. I tried to get some breakfast and the employee had the front door locked and refused service, I told him I’m driving a big truck and he just walk away ignoring me. Such a awful service from this location…
