Great spot! Drive thru was busy so parked and had a nice breakfast with some tasty coffee concoctions and a yummy sandwich, ham & hash brown melt. Cozy lounge chairs & couches looked very inviting after my stomach filled up. Could easily hang out and get work done or escape the heat/humidity for a bit.

What a great find! Great coffee but a bit expensive at $25/pound(with tax) for whole beans. Great quiet large lounge area -perfect for small meetings. Lots of food and drink options. Always a long line for takeout. They do have one HC ♿ parking spot and entrance.

Gladys Coffee is one of my go-to spots! The coffee is always great, and my son loves their hot chocolate with a splash of vanilla. The staff is super friendly, and even when it gets busy, the line moves quickly. The indoor space is cozy and perfect for a quick break or just to relax. Definitely a favorite!

This place has yummy coffee, they’re open so early which is amazing because it’s so hard to find a place that opens before my 6am shift. I am a HUGE coffee person and the coffee quality here is actually soooo good!!! The customer service is great and super quick. My only complaint is that the past 5 coffee’s that I have gotten are only like 80% full. even when i get the large, it comes 80% full 🙁 kind of lame considering you have to pay extra to size up. i hate being that person that complains and I am too shy to ask the employee at the time but I think this should be addressed maybe. I took a picture which was 8 min after I bought the coffee and before I drank any.

This place has absolutely no idea how basic customer service works.
We were still actively ordering at the intercom when we tried to switch one drink for a different one. Before we could even finish our order, the employee cut us off and snapped, “You can’t switch your drink, we already made it.”
That is not our problem. We were not done ordering.
Instead of listening, they flat-out refused to let us continue ordering and wouldn’t allow us to order the drink we actually wanted. Who does that? A coffee shop that literally turns away paying customers in the middle of an order.
When we pulled up to the window, the worker became defensive and dismissive, and still couldn’t give a clear or reasonable explanation for why a simple swap was impossible. No apology. No attempt to fix it. No accountability. Just attitude.
It honestly felt like the staff cared more about being right than doing their job.
If you don’t want to serve customers, don’t work in customer service.
Completely unprofessional, unnecessarily rude, and shockingly inflexible.
Take your money somewhere that actually respects it.

This spot has some of the best lattes and drinks I’ve had in San Diego. The Dirty Harry latte (their most popular one) is really good—if you’re into butterscotch or caramel, you’ll love it. I’ve also tried the Bee’s Knees latte, which has lavender and honey—super smooth, lightly floral, and not overly sweet.
Today, I tried their new seasonal drink, Banana Caramel Brûlée Blended Cold Brew, and honestly, it might be the best drink I’ve ever had. PLEASE don’t take this off the menu, and I’d love to see it offered as a latte too.
They seem to always be adding new seasonal drinks, which makes it fun to come back and try something different every time.
The food is also great and is way better than typical café food. Breakfast is served all day. The inside is cute, spacious, and perfect for studying or getting work done. Pro tip: check out their menu on their website—most items have photos, which is super helpful when deciding what to get!

Our favorite spot for coffee! The food is amazing as well! The Breakfast Jack Bagel Sammy is enormous and so delicious. If you like spicy get the Chorizo break-feast-o! I love their Chocolate blended cold brew! Add a scoop of Peanut butter to take it to the next level! The Peanut butter blended cold brew is wonderful, but pretty sweet! Definitely recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hands down one of the best coffee shops in San Diego. The coffee is excellent, but what really sets this place apart is how thoughtfully crafted the entire menu is. It’s incredibly unique and clearly well-executed, with options that hit on every level—from breakfast to lunch and even dinner. You can tell real intention went into creating both the food and coffee offerings, and it shows in every bite and sip.

Staff is friendly. My jalapeño cheese bagel was tasty. I got an ube type latte it was also good! I liked the layout of the place where there were tables for two and seats for larger groups. There was a constant line for the drive thru, which blocked one of the entrance/exit and reduced the parking availability.

I ordered the Chipotle BLTA here, w/o sauce since I don’t enjoy spice, washed it down with a Chai Latte and (no joke) 10/10 would recommend. Friendly staff and great environment, it is a little difficult to get to. An awesome spot nonetheless!
