Really love stopping here for a Protein shake or coffee blend after the gym, as nearly everything has protein and is low-sugar/low-carb. In addition to being better for you + helping muscles recover faster, there are SO MANY varieties of flavors, in addition to fun seasonal flavors. If you are unsure what to get for your body, speak to the owners who are very knowledgeable. There are all sorts of add-ins for whatever your goal is; this includes hunger suppressant, aloe, collagen, etc.
Haven’t tried to the baked goods/acai bowls yet, but they have light food options here too; all made directly in front of you. Highly recommend this local business!
