Wow… so good!! Late lunch and we stopped in this lil restaurant. We were hungry and this place did NOT disappoint! We ordered the Carne Asada plate and Mulitas de carne asada and 2 horchatas! Yummy to say the least! I ate every bite and generally can’t finish my food. Perfect portions too!

The food is AMAZING. and their horchata is so good and tasty.
This is probably one of the most authentic mexican restaurants I’ve been too near Cartersville.
The only few things are that the tortas are kinda flat and the Place inside could use an upgrade, some of the seats where wobbly and didn’t have any decorations inside so it felt kinda bland, not even some music to vibe with.
Still the staff was sweet!
Parking is also kinda of limited and awkward as they have a weird patch of pavement that looks like it should be a drive through but isn’t.

Anyways! I’LL be coming back here again for some take out as it was Affordable, Tasty and the food came out quickly!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must-Stop Destination! Absolutely Authentic and Amazing.

I made the 2-hour drive to town and Taco Jalisco’s was my first and most important stop. I am so glad it was, because the meal was nothing short of incredible.

I ordered the Barbacoa Tacos Plate, and it was everything I hoped for. The barbacoa was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy—true, authentic flavor that you just can’t find everywhere. It was served with fresh cilantro, onions, and deliciously warm corn tortillas. An absolute classic done right.

To drink, I had the Horchata. It was the perfect companion to the tacos—creamy, cinnamony, and not overly sweet. It was clearly homemade and so refreshing.

I simply couldn’t leave without trying the Tres Leches Cake. It was decadent, wonderfully moist (as it should be!), and soaked through with the perfect amount of milk mixture. It was a flawless end to a perfect meal.

The fact that I live 2 hours away and will always make a point to stop here whenever I’m in town should tell you everything you need to know. This place is a gem. The food is authentic, the service is friendly, and the entire experience is worth the trip. Do not miss out!

The best taco de lengua I’ve had in a while! They were not stingy with the meat portions either. The green avocado sauce tasted delicious and a little spicy, the green sauce was a little sweet for me. I will say the tortillas were too soft and they crumbled easily, so the second time I went I asked for crispier tortillas. My boss went with me and he LOVED IT he began recommending it to more co-workers.

This is our go to place for authentic Mexican food. We usually get tacos, but have had other items too. Their salsa is incredible. Perfect take home after work. Absolutely LOVE this place!

Best tacos I’ve found since leaving Texas. Authenticity is alive in this place!! The flavor and preparation was outstanding. There’s a side bar with salsas peppers and onions for toppings. Service was excellent and very fast. Definitely worth checking out. Will definitely be my go to when I’m craving authentic Mexican food.

Food that is authentic to the max, provided by kind and welcoming staff, for prices that are affordable. These tacos taste like the ones I had in Mexico, sold by street vendors. The spices, herbs, salsas, meat options… it all screams, “Viva Mexico”. Truly worth every penny, albeit it doesn’t cost many..
