I have loved Taco Bell for many years, and my family does too. I’ve been eating there for a long time. Two weeks ago, I ordered a Mexican Veggie Pizza and Nacho Fries. I specifically asked them to make everything fresh because I was really craving these items. Unfortunately, the Nacho Fries were not fresh. After eating them, I suffered from severe food poisoning. I was in pain the entire night and went through a very difficult time with vomiting and diarrhea.
This was a very hard experience for me. This is the last time I will ever buy food from Taco Bell—I will not be coming back. Because of this, my New Year and Christmas were ruined, and I couldn’t celebrate either.

Never coming to this location again. Taco Bell has become very stingy with the amount of ingredients they put inside the meal. The burrito was paper thin with little filling and the chalupa was only half full. No one should be getting a half-made food that you have paid the full price for. The workers should be trained to properly prepare our meals because this is just unethical. Like I always say, DO NOT work customer service if you hate serving customers.

I arrived at 710pm to pick up a mobile order. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes or more was never acknowledged by any employee even tho 2 looked right at me. Finally, 1 said, “Give me just a second.” I understand being busy, at least acknowledge the customer once you see them. It could even be the kitchen staff. Acknowledgment goes a long way.
Here, I sit in a line with 4 cars ahead of me. I placed a mobile order, got to the speaker box, and told them I had a mobile order. I asked if I needed to pull around the other cars, which probably placed orders at the box. I was told no wait in line. So my food will be cold when I receive it, obviously. I would have gone in to get my food, but the lobby closed at 10pm. So here I sit as my food gets colder. I’m not sure what the issue is. I did, however, see 2 employees outside at their car and started to go back in when I found out the lobby was closed. My opinion if you have a line around your building, you do not need employees outside in their car. I got to the window, and she gave me a total, and i told her i had a mobile order. I checked in at the speaker box at 10:07 pm. I received my food at 10:20 pm. I’m not very happy with this restaurant tonight.

I know I shouldn’t expect quality dining from fast food but the prices of fast food has been significantly raised and at least make sure there isn’t an army of ants on your table. I was starving tonight and just wanted to sit and enjoy my meal. There were ants everywhere on the first table by the window next to the entrance. I can’t go back here. Please make sure this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.

This taco bell makes quesadillas very well. They give you lots of cheese and sauce so you’re not eating just tortilla. Unfortunately the service was slow, especially when you consider I placed my order ahead of time.
