First of all, the customer service is AMAZING. These are hardworking people who truly care about their customers. Every time I come here I leave with a smile. The food is amazing and always hot and fresh. Definitely recommend this over any of the other restaurants in the food court. They deliver too!! I ordered delivery a few times and the pizza was hot and delicious. Sauce is perfect, garlic bread nice and crispy. 10/10 recommend. Great food and great customer service

The cheese pizza was nice and fresh, the other two slices we got in the three for the 9.99 deal were dry and just plain flavorless. Couldn’t eat them. Cubes of dried up chicken and little to no sauce. The crust was hard too.

I do a lot of work inside the warwick mall, I started eating from this place and I really enjoyed the food, especially the pizza, very good!
I dealt with the same man every single time. I would come in about every two weeks and I would always go and get a couple of slices of pizza for my lunch break!
Today he was miserable, I walk up to the counter at 10am the pizza is sitting there on the hot table, ready to go!
This guy doesn’t even say hello to me even though I bought pizza from him many times instead, he just looks over his shoulder back at me and says ” not open” ” not open”!
Then he turned and walked away from me!
I have owned several restaurants and I would never treat anyone like that,
I will never go back!
I appreciate the response from the owner!
I will caution you, I have owned restaurants and I know the business very well.
There are only so many mistakes that your business can make that apologies can fix!

We had the pleasure of dealing with the owner Mr. Sajo directly and I have to say that he was very friendly and helpful especially with our son who just had a birthday. He didn’t need to but even gave us some free mac and cheese for our son and daughter because of his birthday! He went beyond our satisfaction. Every time we’ve had the pizza its been delicious! We love the garlic with it, its just adds that Extra oomf to the pizza. We highly recommend and will be back in the future!

Delicious food and wonderful service! I was helped today by the owner’s daughter and she could not have been more helpful and pleasant! I ordered my daughter a slice of pizza the size of her head which was yummy. I also got a side of fruit salad and pasta salad, both of which were such large portions, the lid barely fit on the container! It’s nice in a mall filled with chain eateries to be able to support a small, local business. Would definitely recommend!

Today I decided to try a pizza slice in between shopping at mall. I’ve gone by it 1000 times and was undecided on trying it. Finally stopped today , the cheese n pepperoni slice was excellent just the right amount of pepperoni, the crust was cooked perfectly and the ends were not hard and the ratio of cheese and sauce was right on point. I will stop back again. The gentleman was extremely pleasant and was appreciative of a tip !

We had the owners kind daughter bring us pizza at work. Let me tell you, this pizza was so delicious!!! The dough was the best I’ve tasted in a while and the sauce was just enough to not overtake each flavorful bite! The owners are kind and generous! The owner and his daughters are simply the best people! Whenever my family and I come to Warwick mall we always stop by Pizza Bella to grab a bite to eat. Absolutely lovely small welcoming family business. We always get fresh salads, pasta and Pizza something for everyone even my fussy 5 years old and 2 years old sons always look forward to eating at Pizza Bella! Awesome friendly, welcoming customer service and food is always delicious and freshly made what more can we ask for!
