My visit today was fantastic. You can tell this store is being ran with attention to detail and excellent leadership. The food was prepared perfectly, the staff was engaging, and the time to receive the food was better than my expectations. Give this location a try on your next trip down I-20.

Avoid the drive thru, they have gotten my order incorrect numerous times. This time, they gave no sauce even paid for extra and is on reciept. The chicken on salad was supposed to be grilled as noted on reciept; it was fried. Like I said, food is good, workers are terrible, just go in and order, then check as soon as they hand to you. Typical Thomson food service traits.

I contemplated cancelling the order when I noticed how dirty the restaurant was with respect to sticky counters and overflowing/non-existent trash cans. The person taking the order was polite which was the only positive takeaway. They were also out of at least a couple of menu items most notably traditional wings.

Placed online order. Went to pick up. No one cared. Get the food and it’s sealed so can’t check order so I get it safety such. No Cole slaw no ranch food is ice cold and it’s just bleh. For the money not worth it. Go elsewhere.

The worst zacbys I’ve ever been to. Very very slow kitchen . Food came out cold and nasty after waiting 30 minutes. Plenty of other places to eat close by.

The women’s room had 2 flies and the men’s room had 4 according to my son. He said it was disgusting. The women’s room didn’t look disgusting, but the flies were aggressive. I spoke to the manager and they are trying to address it and he told me the flies are not in the kitchen. I hope not. I had a fry that tasted like it was fried in old oil. I didn’t eat any more. My son said his were fine. I wish I had checked the bathroom before I went through the drive through. They better get on this or the health inspector will make them have a really bad day.

Don’t waste your time ordering ahead. Was informed several times my food wasn’t ready then 20 minutes later handed my food that was on the counter since I walked in and told oops. Food was cold. They offered to remake it so I waited another 30 minutes.

The service was fine…however the bathrooms were truly disgusting and smelly. We had a grilled chicken salad and had to pick several pieces of bad lettuce out.

No one at the front to take a order, waited 15 minutes to order and there wasn’t a single other customer in the restaurant, employees standing there talking to people on their phones rather then helping me.
