I stopped in for breakfast on Mother’s Day, overall the food was decent. The catfish was well seasoned but didn’t taste fresh. It’s a buffet style where you select your meat + 2 sides and they make the plates for you. My total was about $20. It was a decent experience but I probably wouldn’t return.

Food location is convenient for people living in the area. The business closes around 7pm. The customer service is mediocre. Could use some help. The food is hit or miss. Some days wonderful, some days average and other days we’ll. . .
the prices for lunch and dinner are about the same. You are really paying for convenience in an area where there are no real restaurants (this is take out only). However, I think its over priced but it’s also a new business so not too concerned with that. For the price I’ll go to a sit down restaurant with real plates and silverware. But give it a try and you decide. I only go when I have no desire to go up the road. Not a first or second choice for me. Favorites – dressing and mac n cheese (depending on the day). And what’s the deal with people in the south serving greens full of stems??? Stop!!! The meats are hit or miss. Portions are fair (for the most part). Breakfast is cafeteria style so helpful when trying to get in and out. But again not worth the cost.
The menu selection is interesting and varied but be sure to call b/c they may not have all items on the menu each day. Not sure about those 5* rating w/out written feedback. Definitely not a 5* establishment. Not bad but surely not a 5*. Taste is in the eye of the beholder I suppose.

Word of mouth kept reaching my ears regarding the new spot that serves home cooked meals so I decided I had to try this place out. Contrary to the name, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Conveniently located in district 2, I decided let’s try it for lunch. Pricing for lunch/dinner: $14.99 will get you one meat and two sides, $9.99 will get you one meat and one side. Upon entering you are immediately greeted by an employee. The pricing and specials are displayed on a TV behind the service area where the food is safely housed behind glass so that you can view it and make your selections. It’s a to-go style establishment so there is no seating, but that is fine. The day I went, there was an array of tasty options (baked fish, baked chicken, oxtails, fried chicken, greens, cabbage, green beans, broccoli and rice casserole, black eyed peas, yams, spaghetti, macaroni and cheese).
I selected two plates: one of baked fish, broccoli and rice casserole, and collard greens. The other was the same except I got macaroni and cheese instead of collard greens. The food was delicious, well seasoned, not overly salty.
They also have daily specials. It’s so nice to have an option other than fast food and food that you must have delivered from neighboring cities for the cost of a whole entree if you don’t feel like or have the time to make dinner (lunch or breakfast!). I will definitely be back and sharing in the word of mouth marketing with my neighbors.
This is EXACTLY what South Fulton needs and I encourage more casual dining businesses to consider opening in this area. I am more than sure City Breakfast will be fully embraced by our city.

I visit regularly and I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner from them. The winning combo here is the main Chef and customer service. I’m so pleased this location is in our neighborhood. I only had one bad experience to date and that was when a “substitute” cook was filling in for Chef. Consistency is key. Overall this is one of the best spots in our area.

I was excited to try this new spot out, but that was short lived. I will say the customer service is excellent, no problems there! It’s the food. The food is just bland, lacking major flavor. I had the baked chicken, yams, green beans, and Mac and cheese. Yams were sweet and flavorful, sadly everything else just missed the mark. $3.95 for a side of Mac and Cheese that just LOOKS cheesy, just it was not cheesy and there was absolutely no flavor. Gosh! I wish I could say it was all good, but it just didn’t make the cut for me.

This place was recommended to me because it was closer than the marketplace. First few experiences were decent but kept going downhill after each one. I ordered 2 orders of baked chicken, cabbage, and mac and cheese. They probably left it out too long because it was spoiled. Spent over $30 and tipped just for the food to go to waste. Check your food before you leave!

I’ve been here twice. Customer service has been good both times; however, the food is hit or miss. The 1st time we went when they first opened, the food was good and it was filling. The 2nd time, the food was bland and for $13 a plate, I was not full when I was done eating. I’m not sure if it was the server or their practice to give smaller portions now. If my last visit was the first, I’d def give lower than 3 starts and I wouldn’t go back.

Food was Good but what they advertise on their menu, is false. I’ve gone 4 times and they’ve yet to have fried chicken, sweet tea, or lemonade. The cook told me he could make it to order but the front staff always tells me no. Also, it’s a little pricey for it to be a takeout only place.

My Friend and I wanted to support the new business. Went there for breakfast never again. Food cold, salmon biscuits hard, eggs not good. Spend $25 for watered-down coffee too… board said it was free! she changed us.Called no answer so I had to leave review. I tied!

I was super excited to try the place based off of the menu online. Come to find out, they don’tdo half those items including what they advertising as the daily specials. How are you not selling the daily specials at minimum?! Lol
Anyways, I tried the ribs and macaroni and both were flavorless. My first impression with customer service and food were terrible, probably won’t give this place a second chance unfortunately. I just was not a fan of my whole experience.
