Update to 5 star review from last year. This location has slowly gone downhill. The food quality is not as good. The portion sizes are smaller. There’s new staff which seems to be the problem. They’re very disorganized and unfriendly. Used to be able to order online and by the time I walked over my order was on the shelf waiting. Now it’s either not ready yet, and it’s a long wait, or if it is ready for some reason it’s held behind the counter. If you walk to the end of the counter the staff stares at you like you’re about to commit a crime. If you ask if your pick up order is ready they act like you’re the rude one for making them walk over. Weird.

The food is really good and reasonably priced. It’s a way better deal than Chipotle and better food IMO. The restaurant is always clean. The service is amazing. I’ll always order on the app. I work in the same shopping plaza, and no matter how quickly I get there, my order is ready. Today, I left as I placed my order. 2 minutes later, I’m walking into Qdoba. There’s a couple of other customers in there, and I’m thinking there is no way one of the 3 pick-up orders on the shelves is mine. I felt kinda silly going up to look, considering I just placed the order 3 minutes ago, but sure enough it’s there! My overstuffed burrito bowl and chips & queso. I’m not sure how they do it. Maybe it’s because I always add a tip, but they’re faster than any other fast food placed anywhere. They never forget a fork and napkins either. Give your crew a raise!

If the short haired white women is making the food don’t even bother getting anything. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with her making my burritos either, any other worker puts an average or even generous amount of protein in my meals, but never with her.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Thursday, May 22, 2025. I first visited around 7:35 p.m. to order a quesadilla, and unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only was I treated poorly, but my order was also incorrect — I received ingredients I didn’t ask for, and the quesadilla was burnt.
Because of this, I returned at 8:10 p.m. hoping to purchase another one, but I was told the restaurant was closed, even though the posted hours clearly state that they close at 10:00 p.m.
This experience showed a serious lack of customer service and care. I was very disappointed and do not plan to return.
