Always fast, always been right and always friendly I visited one out of town from here in another small town + they’ll mess your order up every single time. I mean every single time whether you give them explicit detail or not. So this has been a nice change. This Jack’s location to the day has always gotten all of my orders correct and delivered them in the very timely fashion with a smile on their face.

We really like eating at a Jack’s. I especially enjoy the chicken. My wife ordered the chicken fingers snack, and I ordered the 3 piece chicken dinner. It was ( as always) cooked perfectly and the order was filled quickly. I got to say that it was a great meal. I wish the order taker was a little more friendly. Ohh, don’t get me wrong, she wasn’t rude or anything. She just seemed tired. It may have been toward the end of her shift. It will not stop us from stopping here again!!

I love Jacks! Their burgers are delicious and their fries with come back sauce is delicious! The chocolate milkshake was absolutely worth the trip. They’re a little pricey but worth it. You just can’t beat fries and a shake!

Had our order wrong. And made the other works food before our when they got off and walked around to order after us. One woman/man working with a tank top on with underarm hair.. working with food will not be back.

Very disappointing I ordered a two piece, dark meat and a two piece white meat And three chicken wings and two chicken tenders When I got home the only thing that was right was the two tenders and the three wings the two piece dark with three drumsticks the two piece white with two chicken wings so I returned the order I was told there’s no telling what they put in the boxes as long as it’s white and dark but you can clearly see by the receipt that it says one thigh, one leg, one breast one wing I was told the fryer was broke. I can wait 15 minutes to get the order right and she offered a refund. I was so disgusted. I just threw the food in the garbage and went to Taco Bell. They got my order, right? This is the second time they messed up an order. And that’s sad because there’s not many restaurants to choose from in Fayette. and maybe that’s the reason they’re so lackadaisical. Sometimes she can go in there and get help right away and sometimes you standing there 10 minutes while everybody looks at you

I went through and got me a chicken biscuit. First off I use their app religiously because they have some awesome rewards that will save you money plus earn money towards some awesome rewards and it doesn’t take long. Food is always great quality and served in a timely manner. Customer service has always been better during breakfast and lunch. My opinion on that is age difference. You’re gonna have more highschool age kids in the evening. But even then it’s not bad. I will say I ate a burger from there and it was the first time in my 39 years of eating a fast food burger and it was actually amazing. I was told by multiple people that I picked the right one for my first time fast food burger and they were right I chose right. I’ve ha wed another since then and it was just as good. Just bun, meat, tomato, lettuce and ketchup. I would have choose cheese but I don’t do American on any sandwich. If you had some mozzarella or swiss throw on there, well y’all would have a hard time keeping me away
