Let’s take a moment to talk about their protein cookies tho! The lemon blueberry is hands down the best but the oatmeal raisin doesn’t trail far behind at all. I can’t say enough good things about Fit and Prep! The food is absolutely awesome—it actually tastes delicious and is seasoned so well. Everything is super fresh, and I love that it comes frozen, so I never have to worry about it going bad before I can eat it. This is my first time trying their meal service and it’s been great so far. I’m hispanic so flavor is big for me, and they did not disappoint! The cuban Mojo pork was so good, and their meatballs as well! Use it for office lunch so it’s perfect and convenient. They offer delivery and its all packed in an insulated bag. Give them a try!

The best meal prep service ever! We have tried over 8 different companies and there has always been issues (ex. Chicken too chewy, weird textures, not reheating well, flavor off, cheap ingredients, etc.) but Fit n prep has been fresh, and flavorful. I have ordered for 3 weeks so far and every single meal has been amazing. I plan to keep ordering.

I started using Fit n prep during the pandemic. I was lucky to sample some of the food that the team was preparing for us for work in another venture. And it was always the best. Whatever. The best pot roast. The best fried rice the best spicy chicken etc.
I was looking to loose weight so I gave it a shot. I’m still a happy customer almost two years later. The meals are always tasty and fresh. Always new things to try. That was one thing I didn’t like about other meal services with what I liked it was always the same 6 meals.
Best of all I’m down 60lbs and they have helped me change my eating habits for the better.

No matter if you are in a diet or just too lazy to cook everyday, you can contact them and give them your food preferences, allergies, or just what you’d like to eat and boom! Fresh and DELICIOUS food in your doorstep every week. I’ve been eating Fit ‘n Prep since the business started and definitely not going back to cooking anymore, so simple and convenient, and the best part, different dishes every week, you never get the same, and so far everything has been AMAZING!
