Live in Salem have been to this location a few times. Disappointed I’ve ordered crazy bread and there usually out have to wait. When I do order they are bland with hardly any seasoning on them. I’ve also seen the unprofessional employees there gossiping and carrying on in front of customers. They need some adult management in there to keep these high school kids in line and do the job right. It’s not play time.

I am appalled and deeply disappointed by what I witnessed during my visit. This establishment operates with a complete lack of professionalism.
While waiting for my order, I was subjected to kitchen staff openly using racial slurs specifically the N-word and other profanity, as if this were somehow acceptable workplace behavior. To make matters worse, employees were literally throwing food at each other in the back. This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful to customers and raises serious questions about food safety and hygiene standards.
As for the food itself, It was burnt and undercooked.
I expected a basic level of decency and competence. What I got was a disturbing display of unprofessionalism, offensive language, food being thrown around, and substandard cooking. This experience was unacceptable on every level.

I ordered 2 stuffed crust pretzel pizzas through the app and they took 20 minutes longer than the app said they would. When I arrived, on time, to pick them up, the team member said they were still in the oven… 20 minutes later this is what we got… overcooked salt COVERED rubber. Had they checked them when we got there, they would have been perfect. Instead we were asked to wait and wait and wait while they were cooked to a crisp.
They were gracious enough to refund our money after i drove back in with the pizza evidence but now the night is wasted and WE HAVE NO FOOD. THE MANAGER DID NOTHING to replace the damaged food or offer compensation for our time or starving kids. There were literally free cookies sitting on the counter and they didn’t give me any for my hungry kids.
We eat pizza once a week for family “pizza movie night” and this management team has DEFINITELY LET US DOWN. It’s not that far of a drive to Spanish Fork or Payson, but we were looking forward to giving our business to our home town. This is a disappointment.

They have HOT-N-READY prominently displayed all over and yet you will consistently have to wait for them to make a pepperoni pizza. Breaking their core value proposition.

Third time I’ve been here. It all comes down to staff.
First time was good. Last two times have been very frustrating. Similar things to other bad reviews about the service. I asked if they have “hot and ready” pizzas ready. They said yes. I ordered two and breadsticks. Once I got my receipt back they said it would be 30 minutes. Said to wait out front and they would bring it to me. Waited 40 minutes and went in and they ended up giving my order to someone else and said it would be another 30 minutes.
Separate time I pulled up to the drive through and no one was there. Waited for 5 minutes before I pulled around front and went in. Called out and no one came so I left.

It was amazing!!! The pizza had just right amount of sauce and cheese. They had so much hot and readys and I ordered a pizza they said it would be ready in 7 minutes and it came out in 5!!! The workers were so kind to me they had great leadership and everyone was working hard So this place is amazing best little cezars in the world

Longer than normal wait when it was dead, nothing was ready. Order was wrong twice, right after ordering the kid ran to the back so I had to wait like 15 mins to finish ordering then only got half of my order. Ended up leaving and getting food somewhere else, customer service was terrible and nothing got fixed!

If you are looking for a custom pizza steer clear of this Little Caesars they charge four dollars extra per topping on a pizza. I challenge them on this and they charged me $12 for a regular pepperoni pizza with a little bacon to it insanity
