Tonight was the first time I have eaten at mr. Cinders. And my food experience wasn’t good. Ordered the chili and it had noodles. Nope can’t eat it. Waitress helped us with that to make it right. But came back cold. Sent back still cold. Was a dark brown color and didnt taste right. So I ordered the haddock with baked potatoes. Well the potatoes was ok but by the time I got butter and sour cream it was cold. Now the fish was hot and correctly done. And the cole slaw was bland and runny. Kudos to the waitress cause I felt bad for being difficult but $60 food bill you would of thought better food prep or better cooking knowledge.

Our place to go on a Friday night. There fish is fantastic and it’s all you can eat. Don’t forget to order the bang bang shrimp and if your not hungry for fish, I suggest the gouda burger. Delicious!

Decorated fun with upside down grills for lights. I came for the lunch special and ordered Whitefish lunch plate off the “lunch specials” menu, only to not get what was on the menu. I was told they make baked potatoes fresh later in the day. It clearly says a substitute for $1.49 baked potato. ( and I was willing to pay.) Very bad advertising. I recommend the restaurant owner replace all the “Friday Lunch Specials” menu since it’s false advertising.

We were coming through Oshkosh on our way home from further up north and we were hungry. We looked at the menu from Cinders online. It looked good, so we stopped. Very cute place with small charcoal grills for light fixtures over the tables. Our server was efficient and friendly. Our sandwiches were to die for. My husband had the rib eye steak sandwich, that was so big it hung considerably over the bun. He said it was excellent! I had the Harley burger, which was stacked so high with sliced prime rib I could hardly get it in my mouth. It, too, was excellent. Each sandwich had an abundance of fries served with it. We were so stuffed we passed on dessert, which is unusual. Whenever we’re back in Oshkosh we’ll be sure to go back to Cinders!

Great burgers. I had the Gouda burger and coffee. Both were excellent. Fries were hot and crisp. Burger sauce was very tasty and even complex. Service was warm and prompt. A find!

Me and my brother stopped in for dinner. We both had the ribeye sandwich. The flavor was excellent mine I had with onion and mayo. With fries side order. The fries are all you can eat. The ribeye is well worth the trip.

Food was pretty good with the addition of salt to my steak sandwich. Price seemed pretty high compared to most other places when you substitute mushrooms for the fries.
