No complaints about flavor; the beef bowls I had in Japan are faithfully recreated here, although it felt wrong eating it with a fork. Glad I got the large, though, because the bowls are shockingly small for what they cost.

As far as fast food options for quick, tasty, and good value, this is a pretty reasonable bet.

I ended up going in and ordered takeout. The process was fast and easy. I redeemed two coupons using two separate transactions. I figured we got $45-48 worth of food for less than $30. But, even without the coupon savings, it’s still pretty competitive value.

We went big and got two combos and two large plates. I didn’t try and if the premium meats or fish as I was committed to use the coupons this time, ha ha, so we had the regular beef, teriyaki chicken, and fried chicken with the sweet and spicy sauce. Of course, they can’t compare with regular gourmet Japanese restaurants, but all three protein options are pretty reasonable for fast food standards.

It’s going to take us a couple of days to finish the food but we decide we’d not mind getting it again in a couple of weeks.

Tip: while I was there someone was trying to order the boba drink and it wasn’t available.
Tip: have them scan your app code and you can still get points

To be honest, last time I was at Beef Bowl (what they were known as a generation ago!) was probably 25 years ago, I was brought back this time since our friendly postman gave us about 10 sheets of their recent coupons (each with about 7 coupons on both sides!). The deals looked pretty good so I decided to give it a try. I had problems using the coupons by calling (no phone orders) and by app. I was pretty committed at that point and decided to drive over and do it the old fashion way.

The parking was pretty full on a Saturday prime dinner time since there were several very popular restaurants in this mall. I didn’t want to waste more time doing the drive through risking problems with the coupons so I parked and went inside.

It’s a chain, but this location is extra tidy and the staff is kind. The beef bowls come out hot and fresh. Drive-thru moves quickly even at lunch. It’s my reliable “no-time-to-cook” spot. Plenty of parking in the shared lot

Not worth the trouble. I’ll forgive them for being slow because they had limited staff, but they got my order wrong and gave me a little attitude for asking them to remake it. Portions were pretty skimpy for what you pay (about $11 for two proteins and rice, no drink). Mall food is better than this.

Ordered a regular bowl online. They messed up my order and seeing how I was allergic I proceeded to return the wrong order. They refused a refund and corporate has been no help either. Bad service all around.

Giving this place 3 stars based on what I’ve had from this place. My coworker eats here alot more than I do. I usually just get stuff like the spring rolls which aren’t real spring rolls, the potatoes (which are pricey for what you get) I had the fried rice recently and it was a little bland but more flavor comes through as ypu eat. So far, I do like the food here, comes out in a timely manner during this covid time.

way better than I remember it. Parking was a little bit hard but not too bad.
