The bartender with the long brown hair had one of the worst attitudes I’ve experienced at a bar. Passive comments, constant eye-rolling, and dirty looks all night like customers were personally inconveniencing her. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and honestly killed the vibe. If you hate serving people this much, bartending might
not be the career for you.

I love this place!
The philly is the best thing on the menu hands down, but dont over look the Po Boys or peel and eat shrimp. The oysters are even pretty good for being in a landlocked state.
I had the beef drip last time, it was pretty good! My go to though is the beef Philly.
There’s smoking in here, it isn’t too bad at all. I never get bothered by the people that are there just to drink. You can come, have a nice meal and a libation, not break the bank, and have a great time.

Have eaten here on several occasions. Usually the food is excellent and well prepared. Came for lunch recently, food quality and prep on that visit was sub par. Not sure if it’s the cooks or a change in product, but it was a shame. I hope it gets fixed, because I really enjoy this place for atmosphere and great meal quality, normally. Still recommended.

Honestly the bar was great my parents met here more than 25 years ago it was a great time until the bartender came up to my table and decided that I was having bad conversation and wanted to kick me out until I explained the conversation I was having was about god and religion. She had no business pulling me by the shirt and telling me I’m having inappropriate conversations when I immediately went back to my group and asked them if I ever did anything wrong and they were just as confused as me. The said I was one of the nicest people they have met and the bartender was weird for that. She was extremely judgmental and didn’t like that a male was hitting on a girl. I understand having a conversation across the whole bar looks weird I guess. But it’s a conversation at a bar there’s no way to make that look any better than it already is. The only person who looked like a bad person was the bartender herself. Unfortunately I will need return to my parents favorite bar after the very first time ever going there. It was the coolest bar and going to be the spot I brought all my Tu friends too but after that interaction I would recommend going to roosters of the casino where were already go and never have problems. Unfortunate for the bar that the new generation will constantly be upset because of one bartenders actions. I had 7 friends there to test the bar and she ruined that when it could’ve been the full frat house. I don’t know what kind of customer service yall accept there but that was unacceptable. I am a nice person so I still tipped 1.50 on a 4.50 tab for one beer but that’s all that will come out of me and all my friends.

Surprisingly good food for a bar. Everything on the menu is great. Loved the crawfish po boys, and my buddy raved about the oysters. They had a beer that I liked that a lot of places don’t have. Competitve video games, darts, live music. Great friendly, local vibe.

Crawpappy’s was okay. I may have to try again some time later. Waitress was lively and made me feel welcome, but she was busy and neglected my table for quite some time. They needed help. I didn’t try the food there if there was any offered. Atmosphere was small and quaint. Not crowded and no smoke.
