This was our first time here & Irin & Bre (both amazing dolls) were just amazing! How adorable they were! Our sammies had a good amount of meat & toasted perfectly! We had a 3 hr trip to get home so we did not want a “restaurant” meal but a nice hearty sammie. You have a choice of wheat or white bread & the sammie size is large! If you selected a toasted, you then get to select any of the add ones they have on the wall menu to compliment the sammie. I would say the only disappointment was the chips. We selected they hot jalapeño chips, & for us it was like eating plain chips. Not their fault. They are very affordable. I got a turkey &Swiss skinny & the hubs got a prime rib steak original & our total bill was a little over $18 after tax. Very affordable! Overall, I recommend this location! We will be back!

This time the food was great! The girls in the line and the guy were awesome. Can not say the same thing for the cashier.
The cleaning side is not good at all. Tables are dirty, bathroom without soap, the napkins containers empty.

The service here is great. I was welcomed in and while I waited for my to go sandwich they offered me a drink. LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS!!! Above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend going to this location.

Odd location in the hospital area but I’m sure they get tons of daytime business. Worked out for us as we had the place to ourselves. The food was great and a decent price. Service was friendly but they could have used another counter helper.

I am a Huge fan of Potbelly Sandwich Shop, I Go here super Often and I like to Always get the Pizza Melt! I would give 6 stars if I could. My only Problem is this place is Kinda far away from me, it takes Almost 30 minutes to get here. I Prefer Potbelly over Subway. I don’t like Subway anymore. And I don’t go to Jersey Mike’s because they don’t toast sandwiches and I prefer my sandwich warmed. I would love it if a Potbelly Opened in Bonner Springs because it would be much closer. That would make me very happy!!!! I’m a huge fan of this place because they have something I like.

First time eating here today and it was actually a pretty good experience. The people were very helpful and pleasant. Even though the line was clear out the door (actually generally a good sign) it moved along steadily and didn’t seem to have any glitches. The food was good and exactly as ordered.

Visited for a late lunch and Katie greeted us with a smile. She was kind and very helpful with helping me select my meal. Layla, the other employee, did not interact with us, even when spoken to. During my visit, I remained and ate while chatting with a friend, but never witnessed a warm welcome from Layla to any customer who came in, let alone a smile. Store was really clean, I saw Katie picking up the lobby, wiping tables and checking bathrooms. Made me comfortable to know she wanted her customers to have a clean space. Definitely will return! Katie has amazing service.

I would have appreciated it if the employees didn’t have earphones in. I had to repeat my request to both employees and then had to come back when my order was wrong and repeat myself then, too.

I ordered a couple of sandwiches, flavor was good, seems like quality ingredients, just lacking in quantity. Lobby was clean, parking lot is a little strange. We got reprimanded 🙁 when we took a photo of the nicely decorated, yet mostly empty lobby / dining area. Kitchen / food prep appeared clean and organized, definitely a plus. I will probably try it again.
