After reviewing many of the bad reviews for this location, I honestly feel that most of the issues come down to employee shortages and constant rushing, which end up hurting both the pizza quality at times and the store’s reputation overall.
I visited the Domino’s Pizza location on Fegenbush Lane recently, and the experience was a mix of good food and unfortunate circumstances. When I arrived, there were only two employees working inside the store. Because of that, my order took much longer than expected, and I had to wait inside the store the entire time.
It was clear that the delay wasn’t because the staff didn’t care—if anything, they cared a lot. The two employees looked overwhelmed, constantly moving between taking orders, making pizzas, and handling everything else. They were clearly busy and doing their best, but it was obvious they needed more help. I genuinely felt bad for them, because it doesn’t seem fair to expect just two people to manage an entire store during busy hours.
Management really needs to address the staffing issue. Understaffing not only affects customers but also puts unnecessary pressure on employees and impacts the brand’s image.
That said, the pizza itself was good—hot, fresh, and tasty. With better staffing, this location could improve a lot.

So I went to grab my food lately it would have been delivered but they charge u for sauce but driver always forgets to bring called company n was told it would be a credit on account but it was not then the lady was just rude. Gotta find and hire better employees or work the ones who take time to look n see that if it was a credit as told to me from employee that stated he was manager there if it was not for my children I’d been stopped ordering from here. This store is very unprofessional and the manager Eric and his staff were very rude and disrespectful and did not make my food correct at all and there delivery driver threw my food at the door and they don’t even seal your food up they just give it to the diver as is and they can just open your food or anything. This store is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is great but the last few times we’ve ordered the app will give me a pick up time my husband will show up and it hasn’t been made. After waiting for about 10 minutes one of the employees will acknowledge him and tell him it’ll be another 20-30 minutes before it’s ready. I understand if it’s busy but if when we come to pickup and all the employees are standing around chit chatting and having a great time instead of working and that’s the reason my foods not made that’s bad service.

ive always had a good experience here. staff is friendly, food is amazing, rewards are always a plus if youre using app to purchase. And though this isnt a paid advertisement, I would not turn down a free pizza..(wink, wink)

My food was never delivered. I called, they said to cancel the order. I couldn’t, so I called again, they said they could make it in 20 minutes. Waited another hour, I called again, the manager I had talked to said yeah, I should’ve called you and let you know I couldn’t make it. Uh yeah, you think?? All the people I talked to were nice and I know that stuff happens but this is just a severe disregard for a human being, period. As someone who’s also worked in the food service industry, this is just pathetic.

The food is always great, but for the last month or so, delivery has been insanely slow. Sometimes I never get my delivery at all. This particular location has always been fast, but it’s now completely different. On the plus side, the drivers are always super nice.

At first, I called and made the order I specified. i wanted light tomatoes on my pizza, green peppers, and black olives. i kept repeating it. I didn’t want light sauce but tomatoes as toppings, and he kept saying okay when I went and grabbed my order I made sure again on call they told me my order was 19 dollars and couple cents when I got there I paid more than 19 and instead of 32 parm bites they only gave me 16 I also specified not to cut the pizza due to allergies and it was cut
