I didn’t get the young man’s name in the drive thru, he told me his name in the greeting but I wasn’t listening. He was so sweet honestly the best BK I’ve been to. The food was hot and the drinks tasted good. Everything was great especially the wait time. I will definitely be back.

I normally dont write bad reviews but this was ridiculous. I had put in a mobile order that was said to be ready to pick up ASAP. When I arrived at the drive thru the lady on the mic was extremely quiet and asked me to wait. I waited for 10 minutes before asking if she was ready, She told me to wait some more. I have no idea how long it was before she finally talked to me again with me convincing her. I told her I had a mobile and she asked me to pull up to the window. The order is what I believe is simple, 1 wopper, extra mayo, large fries, and one large root beer no ice. When I pulled up to the window I was surprised to see that I was the only one in the drive thru. I reassured myself that she was probably just busy and waited to be greeted. No one was there. No one was at the window. I looked inside and saw the lady with the headset, assuming it was the one at the comm. I watched as she took an empty large cup and went outside the restaurant. I was confused and even more confused when she came back inside and the cup was full. She handed me my order and I was going to ask her what had happened, especially since the cup was full of ice in my hand, but I was already late to an appointment and didnt bat an eye. No offense, but I am not drinking this.

They had so many food orders from like door dash that they weren’t able to take are order. They wanted us to order on an app or online. That’s just ridiculous! So we left. Wait time was outrageous when there wasn’t anyone even there.

Placed an order with Uber Eats, went to pick it up in store and upon walking in, I was not greeted, nor even acknowledged for at least 2 minutes. I get it, you might be busy (doubt it since I was the only one in the restaurant) but at the very least greet the customers as they walk in and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment. One girl looked at me waiting by the counter twice and not once even greeted me or said “be with you in a moment” or anything along those lines. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the lady who came to help me out verified I actually was the one who placed the Uber Eats order (since apparently its common for someone else to grab your food) and then handed me the food. Food portion was a lot smaller than what was shown on the Uber Eats app. Not really the restaurants fault though but Uber Eats had a picture of a decently sized burger and when I got home, I legit thought it was the wrong order since they looked like sliders. Food itself tasted good.
