The food was great; however, customer service could have been better. I’m not sure what the lady’s name is, but I’m sure she was a leader of sorts because she had a gold name plate. I would have loved to give her a great tip because I truly believe in customer service, but I couldn’t get past her snarky remarks and sarcastic tone. As she was placing my food on the counter, I asked if I could please have some plastic ware. She snapped and said, “Let me put your food down first.” I did not feel comfortable asking her for anything else, however, I did not complete my dish and I asked her for a to go box for my food and another one for my waffle. She brought me the to-go box for my food but did not bring the to-go box for the waffle. I waited for her to circle back and asked her if I could have the to-go box for the waffle. She then looks at me like I’m bothering her and then says, “what all else do you need?” Next, when I went to pay, I was hoping my payment would have been taken by someone else. She rushed to take my payment. Needless to say I did not leave a tip due to the treatment I had undergone. I waited to for my receipt, but when she noticed I did not tip her, she walked off. I’m probably never going to come back to this waffle House again and if I do it will be a long time and hopefully she won’t be at work. (This interaction took place on 1/17/25 around 11:00 AM, if a superior is reading this).

We enjoy a weekend trip to Waffle House at least twice a month. We will not return to this location. The food and service are fine. The atmosphere on the other hand is not for us. We have given it two tries and the atmosphere is not for us. With each visit there has been a server who must be practicing for a singing competition. Not bad just not what I go to Waffle House to enjoy. The music is played at a volume that makes it difficult to hear the staff or to enjoy a conversation with your party. Glad there are other locations in the area.

188.00 1Since I don’t have any Waffle Houses near me in California, it’s a MUST to stop for a bite. I had a taste for Country Ham and had that with Hash Browns on the side. The ham was not that great. It wad cooked but something was off. The hash browns were better but not what I really wanted. The service was excellent and the place was clean. They have a parking lot so no issue there.

Food was 8/10! Delicious AFTER I had to send back cold waffles. The food was so tasty, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely return. However, service was SLOW and the staff seemed confused and lost. I had to keep asking for my waffles, jelly… everything I had to repeatedly remind the waitress. If you come, pack your patience!!

Stay away from this one at night, they prioritize To go orders. Sat there for over 30 minutes waiting on my food watching to go order after to go order waiting for my food. Watching them give everyone my food but me. Then after they finally gave me my waffle. With no silverware or drink or syrup, I told the waiter if I was supposed to eat with my hands or what? He told me “well why didn’t you say something?” Excuse me? You gave me MY food with no silverware? Then he hands me a nearly empty syrup? Management is clearly lacking here as this is an awful example of Waffle House.

When I order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and ask for scrambled eggs EVERY SINGLE TIME they do not give me scrambled eggs on my sandwich they give me a fried egg. It’s not hard to just read the order, it’s always an inconvenience. I don’t always have time to go back & have them correct their mistake so I’m stuck with a sandwich I did not ask for…

I’ve been here before and I liked it. Today I went with my son and neither he nor I ate, we were disgusted. The egg was overcooked with brown things from what I guess pieces of other food cooked in the same pan… the waffles were split in two and the worst thing .. cleaning of the restaurant and the kitchen is disgusting.
