We discovered Summit House Restaurant + Bar while looking for a quick place to stop and eat—and it turned out to be an excellent find. From the moment you walk in, the fun, energetic vibe and the beautifully designed, expansive bar set the tone for a great experience.

The food truly impressed us. The pork chops were outstanding, the burrata was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the butters served with bread were absolutely delicious. We also tried the scallops and the roasted Irish salmon—both were cooked beautifully and full of flavor. The roasted potatoes made a perfect side and complemented the dishes really well.

The drinks were expertly crafted and beautifully presented. The espresso martini, in particular, was a standout.

We ended the meal on a high note with desserts—apple crostada, ice cream, and pavlova—all of which were excellent and a perfect finish to the evening.

Service was attentive and welcoming, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully curated. This place truly delivers on taste, presentation, and atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth revisiting and recommending.

Solid selections for lunch, really nice restaurant with great staff and friendly service. Chose the lunch special, which was okay but a bit tough on the steak and eggs. Steak was definitely well done which was always a tough way to eat it, with a set up egg which was a nice touch, but the potatoes and steak were way too greasy. Dulce leches ice cream was good though. Want to come back and try their chicken at dinner, that was highly recommended.

Stopped by for dinner, and the canned fish was a good appetizer, though lacked enough toast to get the spread completely used up. The bread was good, the spread had a taste of tumeric which was well-received by the table. Dinner was their special truffle pasta, which they came to the table to shave. Chocolate budino was 3 mini donuts holes with some chocolate pudding to dip it into and eat. Overall ok.

Dinner oysters and the salmon crudo with blood orange were ok, but the sausage and octopus grilled was excellent. The main tilefish dish was also good, and the apple crostada was a turnover with ice cream. Fun cards to pick up leftovers!

I hosted an engagement brunch for my son and his fiancee at The Summit House yesterday. Victoria and the team were a well oiled machine! Extremely professional and warm at the same time. Everyone raved about their plates and we had a wide variety of choices. The shrimp cocktail app’s were huge and perfectly cooked. Pancakes were a big hit as well as the steak frites. Perfectly cooked. We were a large party in the front room bar and it was just the right size to keep it intimate. If you are in the area, add that as a culinary stop. Thak you to all!

Food, drinks and service were great! We went on a Friday night with no reservation and it was busy but was still able to get a table for two with no wait. The pork belly appetizer was amazing, very juicy and crispy. I got the campanelle vodka sauce pasta and it had a nice spice kick. Overall nice ambiance too, would recommend

Last night three of my friends & I did the chefs tasting with Chef AJ & Chef Julian. This is a new experience that they are offering at the restaurant on Wednesdays, & we were so excited to be the first group to enjoy this culinary adventure. The tasting was 8 courses(2 dessert) of creative, clever & delicious food. My personal favorite was Chef AJ’s take on beef tartare, that included an oyster. The tartare was luscious & rich in flavor. Each plate served by them both was executed beautifully, explained in detail & most were presented in shells, that were stunning.. made for great photos as well. We had the option of adding a wine pairing to the tasting, which I did and highly recommend.. I even left a bit tipsy haha. Overall, I think this is a great addition to an already spectacular restaurant & truly unique to the town of Summit.

Really lovely dinner at Summit House on Saturday night. Bar was lively but the dining room area was perfect for carrying on a conversation. Our waitress was efficient and knowledgeable. NY Strip steak was cooked perfectly. French fries crispy and a big bowl of them! Enough for 4! Wine selection was excellent. A really great dinner!

Came out on a cold and rainy day and it was a scene at Summit House. The dining room was bustling and brunch was stellar. Started with a Morning Star Press made with peanut infused whiskey, cacao and espresso which was wonderful and the Bloody Mary my boyfriend had packed a punch too. We split a big salad, which was perfect for two and I opted for the roasted pumpkin bisque and the chicken bacon ranch he had was awesome too. Service was amazing. Can’t wait to come back for dinner.
