Look, I’ve always come to this location. Staff was always friendly and professional. On this visit March 3, 2026 the store manager was very unprofessional. Alana was disrespectful, confrontational and cursed because I asked why my order took so long. I ordered and waited for almost 30 minutes. Alana sent a staff outside and told me that they forgot about my order and asked what I ordered again after taking my money and having me outside waiting at the stop sign. Alana needs to learn customer service and needs to check her nasty attitude. I don’t know how she is a store manager with that attitude. How is she a leader? Talking about she don’t get paid enough to deal with customers!

They had issues not having the wedges ready, so they offered to give me more wedges and chicken and told me it would be an extra 10-15 min wait. I appreciate the offer but it turned into a half an hour wait while I was parked next to the building.
It was just the longer wait that was annoying while my family was hungry at home waiting for me.

After waiting at the counter for 5 or 6 minutes, with no one in front of me, the worker finally came over and apologized and took my order. I said no big deal. I placed my order and went to sit down and wait for it. About 15 minutes later, I was told by the same worker that they were going to drop some fresh fries and to give them about 5 more minutes. I kindly said no problem, I’m just in a hurry to get home and watch some WWE with my family tonight. And I was super nice. Approximately 10 minutes later, I was told that the three breasts that I had added to my order were not ready and they needed another 5 minutes or so. Becoming aggravated, I still remained nice, and sweetly reminded him that I’d already waited 5 minutes that turned into 10 and I just want to get my food and go home. I then waited, and waited, and waited some more. When they finally handed me my order, it had been 36 minutes since I had placed the order and paid for my food. I was handed my beverage cup to fix my drink, and found no ice at the machine but instead of asking for help just decided to leave. Other customers were coming in and just getting ignored and leaving. Upon arriving home 10 minutes later and opening the bucket of chicken, we found that every piece of chicken in the bucket was mushy and the skin with all the flavorings was either peeled off or in a pile of mush. Not one piece of chicken had the coating on it. I paid $35 for three of us to eat, which isn’t bad, but after the service and poor quality of the food I’m going to contact the headquarters and try to receive a refund. Yum brands would not want to be represented this way.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Never eat here. The nasty things I saw in the kitchen are despicable. Just the thought of it makes me sick to my stomach. Dirty- rude employees. I cant believe the manager is allowed to act in that manner, or that the employees actually work there dealing with the horrible treatment and disrespect. Racists and judgemental. Extremely rude and doesnt care about the customers or the nasty food they serve. My chicken was so dry, they had to have recooked it no less than 5 times. My Mac n cheese was blue and mashed potatoes had hair in it. When I complained they were so rude and treated me like it was my fault they served me disgusting rotten food. Will never go there again. I dont even know if I will ever go to another KFC after the nasty and disgusting food they tried to serve. Do yourself a favor avoid this location. They dont clean, have nasty food, disgusting customer service and are so rude. Will be writing a letter to corporate about them as well. I will be posting reviews anywhere and everywhere I can to save people from this horrible experience.

We just moved to the Cape and this location is the cleanest KFC restaurant I have ever been in my 45 years. Staff was was super nice and good service. I don’t understand why people complain about waiting for your chicken being cooked correctly. If you want fronzen chicken nuggets go somewhere else. If you want fresh food wait patiently or cook your own food at home. We will be back!!! Thank you

Horrible Experience, Lesson learned and never again!! I should’ve read the reviews prior to ordering online, but I didn’t! Now I understand all the negative reviews! I just made a family order for a six piece meal and the portion sizes for the sides were ALL 4 individual sized instead of being family sized…. And make matters worse the chicken I was given, looked dry, Un appetizing, A non-edible. I was given six breasts?! Is this a joke like I said never again and Everything went straight to the trash… No thank you!! This place should be closed down!

Horrible experience here. Food tastes bad and the workers can’t get my order correctly. The mashed potatoes are instant mashed potatoes not the real thing and they tastes gross. The biscuits taste like cardboard and the chicken tastes like rubber. The Mac and cheese is ok but it was cold when I got it. I will never ever eat here again!!!!

Twice going in drive through. I ordered Chicken tenders. I get home .And it’s bits and pieces. So today 2 25 2024 around 4:30 I went in to place take out. I explained the last two services. So I get my take out. Went home sat down. With suppose to be Chicken Tenders. And what did I get for the 3rd time. From same location. On Hancock in Cape CorL. Bits and pieces. Very cold. All fatty no meat end pieces. I’m Pissed!! Will Never buy from them again. There pictures certainly don’t represent there food or quality!!

Came in to pick up a Doordash order. Every time a customer came in, on of the employees would say ” oh God”.After a few minutes a family came in behind me to order. After several minutes the employees told those customers they’ll be right with them. After waiting 15 minutes they told me the chicken just came up, so it will be ready shortly. After another 8 minutes the family left. They waited 20 minutes for no one to take their order and left. I unassigned my order. I don’t know how the place is still in business when you have no customers, or just turn your customers away.

I always came here, never had any issues. Recently I had 2 mess ups. The first time they just messed up the items, I called and the manager and they replaced it.
This time, they asked me if it’ll be ok for the 15 minute wait. I said yes of course. At the time, cars were coming and going through the drive thru behind me. 20 minutes gone by, I called in to see where my meal is at? They said another 5 minutes. I was upset at this time. I waited another 7 minutes and went inside. They had my food ready at this time. I spoke to the manager, she tried to say they can’t keep up with the online orders. In which I understand that but I waited almost a half an hour for an eight piece meal with 2 sides. Plus the reason why I understand because I’ve worked in fast food before and the way it was is, the customers in front of you are the first to get there food. Specially in drive thru.
Then the chicken was really greasy. I never seen it like this before. This is why I took pictures. I am never coming back to this KFC again!
