The workers here are consistently the sweetest and friendly, so i really hate leaving a bad review, but this has happened multiple times. I have again gotten the wrong food for my order, and this time my drink also came with zero flavor. I got a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin, and a large hot latte extra shot of espresso and caramel. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and the right coffee with the right label, but it has zero caramel in it. I would have turned around and gotten it fixed but I was on my way to work and didnt have the time after already being in the drivethru for 15 minutes. That’s the other thing. Its consistently very slow. Any orders here take 15 to 20 mins to get. I’m fine for it taking time. But taking that much time and still getting wrong is infuriating. Please do better.

Ordered my sandwich and coffee via Uber eats. Coffee was spilled in the delivery bag and sandwich was soaked through making the order inedible. Ruined throughout

My mom gets the same drink every time we go to Dunkin. We went for the second time today at the same location and we got told “you can’t do that”. I said that makes no sense we just ordered this earlier. “Ive been told we can’t do that” I said again that makes no sense, we just did this an hour and a half ago. COMPLETE SILENCE FROM THE EMPLOYEE for what seemed like forever. So I then said “oh that’s nice, now you’re gonna ignore me” she responded with “oh are you talking to me?” With nothing but attitude. How exactly is ANY of that customer service?! Save your time and just go to the one on 54, where I just left with the drink my mom wanted.

When I walk in there is water literally falling in a stream down from the ceiling not to mention there’s mold on the ceiling as well but that’s not why I made this comment it’s that I asked for a $6 drink and got this ( reference picture below) no even mad just disappointed that that’s what 5 years of loyalty gets me. Im 17 and this is the first time Iv ever made a complaint but what the heck. Just go 1 minutes down the road past the highway and on the left side of the road you’ll see a Dunkin that has respect for the costumers money and morning.

Update: I never thought I’d see the day I’d become a coffee drinker… lol. But here we are! When I need a quick fix, Dunkin’ is my go-to. I usually order an XLG (yes, the big dawg!) hot Original Blend coffee with cream, sugar, and caramel. If I’m feeling extra, I’ll grab some Munchkins or my favorite — maple snackin’ bacon. Sometimes they forget the maple, which hurts my soul a little because I’m just not into plain bacon.
Needless to say, I really like it here. I love the fall because that’s when my all-time favorite treat makes a comeback — pumpkin donuts!
The staff is always a delight, and I try to bring a smile during each visit because I can only imagine how people can get before their morning coffee. ☕
Timing is everything if you want to be in and out fast, so I try to avoid those rush hours. And to top it off — my kids are totally obsessed with DD too… lol. See you soon!

This Dunkin’ takes way too long to give Everyone their orderin the morning especially when people have to be at work it’s easily 10 minutes per person that they take come on guys you have to do better do better

The person taking my order was not paying my attention and gave me the wrong donut which I noticed and handed it back to her and retold my order. Instead of a Hot chocolate, I received black coffee instead. I already drove off before noticing what was in my cup since I was letting it cool down. How does one mess up this bad? ♀️

Came through drive through asked for two americano. They specifically say on the label of the cups our request. Still incorrect. So we were walking in to see if they would fix it. The line of people complaining their order was incorrect. So decided we would just leave and not come back.

I’ve been going to this place for a few years and get the same thing each time. They gave me regular coffee when I asked for decaf. They are normally very nice (except for the older manager lady she acts like she hates being there) but they gave me regular because they didn’t feel like brewing my coffee today. I’ll never go there again.
